    This is one disorganized, mismanaged company! Their property managers are constantly changing, have little to no training, and don't seem to have a clue how to do their jobs. It's impossible to get answers from anyone and information is after the fact, if you get it at all.

There is certain confidential information that can only be shared with Board Members, per the CC&Rs. Cedar follows all privacy policies and only distributes information to authorized persons.According to our records, all information requested by you was sent to the active BOD Members in the Community within 48 hours of the request. At this time we will consider this matter closed and will continue our regular communication with active BOD Members.

    You wont be able to contact anyone. No emails are given out, no phone extensions are released. All requests for a call back are lost. We had a disaster at our building and for 30 days all we got was 3 form letter emails. Meanwhile, 3 units had to move out within one night and are living elsewhere for months to come and CMG has yet to make real contact with us after many attempts and requests. Look at the star rating and be warned

    *****,The ***** of ********* for your community have been in constant contact with the insurance adjuster, the remediation company, and the team that handles the fire *************, and other issues ever since the unfortunate events at your building took place on 12/24/22.Your Community Manager, ***************************, has diligently been sending updates via email as updates occur. Emails were sent on 12/26/22, 12/28/22, 1/1/23, 1/9/23, 1/19/23 & 1/20/23, with more to come. ***** has also spoken with you twice over the phone regarding this issue, once on 12/27/22 at 11:14AM, and again on 1/19/23 at 11:19AM. We understand that this issue is very important and its resolution is of high priority.Please know that we are always happy to assist you in any way that we can, and our various methods of contact are listed on our website. Simply visit www.mycmg.com and click on the "Chat With Us" button to live chat with one of our Community Support Agents.     All you have to do is look at their "Star" rating! This company is the most unprofessional and unresponsive around and I warn anyone looking for a Property Management company to stay far away from them. They took over our community and repeatedly ignore requests and when (if) they do respond, the Community Manager assigned to our HOA is rude, dismissive and argumentative. ************* should not be employed in this line of work based on her clear lack of people skills, but yet she found employment at Cedar Management. Our HOA sent us a violation letter that was biased, targeted and based on personal motives. They cited a non-existent covenant and became increasingly vague, inconsistent and argumentative when we repeatedly (3 times) asked them to show us where in our documents this 'violation' can be found. The Treasurer voted to send us the violation, when she is guilty of the same exact thing. Our Board president is non-compliant with 4 covenants, yet she wants every other homeowner to follow the rules. This is called "Selective Enforcement" and it is against the law. We repeatedly told them we want to be compliant, just tell us how. The calmer and more agreeable we were, the angrier they got because they had nothing - we knew it and knew they knew it too...was an outright attempt to harass us. All with the consent of CMG and *************. If you want to learn more about "Selective Enforcement" go to their own website which has two excellent webinars. They are directed to Board members but were a great source of information for us as homeowners. CMG does not practice what their own legal counsel advises them to do. The fact that the Board acted against their own legal advice should tell you how awful and unprofessional they are. We hired an attorney and are prepared to take this further with them. Stay clear away from Cedar Management Group. I cannot stress this more strongly. Stay clear away from them, you and your community deserve better.

Please understand that the enforcement of violations within your community is not only a requirement per your communitys governing documents, but its also vital for maintaining the good quality and beauty of the community as a whole. All violations are enforced clearly & equally to every homeowner that is not in compliance by the ***** of ********* and in accordance with the communitys governing documents. Unfortunately, as you have now threatened legal action against us, all future communications regarding this issue will need to be submitted in writing from your attorney to ours, so that this matter can be resolved through them.
