      HCM / ISolved has been handling my payroll for over 8 YEARS! 12 months ago I hired a new employee who's salary was base $2,000 per month. When you hire someone, *** sends you all the forms to fill out and return. We filled out the paperwork correctly. *** entered in this employees salary as $2,000 for every two weeks instead of each month. This was discovered by me after a YEAR OF PAYING THE EMPLOYEE. 100% the fault of iSolved! I ask to be reimbursed, or at the very least, open an insurance claim with E&O insurance! Guess what they say? Basically to kick rocks. Oh but they are "sympathetic" but can not accept the blame for THEIR OWN EMPLOYEE S******* UP MY PAYROLL!!! This has cost me over $27,000 in the last year in overpayments that I cannot recover.

      I had the pleasure of working with the Optimization Team to better utilize the tools available in my iSolved HRIS. The team was incredibletogether we identified key areas to streamline, and with just a few adjustments, my onboarding and offboarding processes are now completely seamless! What a difference. Their professionalism is beyond reproach. The automations they implemented now allow me, as an HR Manager of one, to focus on other critical areas that need my attention.       Dealing with I Solved has been a nightmare. The operations are bug ridden and unreliable. Most days I have to enter my correct password 3-4 times to login. I will also have to regularly close the program and restart it for it to work. They ask for me to verify my account 3-4 times weekly even though I am logging in from the same computer. I strongly discourage any reputable business from using I Solved for time management and payroll.

      Solved staff is helpful with my payroll. Also assist me in writing my handbook which is personal it is dedicated to my father. I have 24hours access to help with income statement and copies of staff payroll records. I received prompt assistance with each request. I am happy with their service in helping me grow my business.

      Failed to process payment to employees on the date to be processed. The customer service was not able to update information in a timely manner. Don't use this company.
