1 starWe have bought a CR-V, VIN *****************, from this dealer on 10/22/2024. At the same time the finance manager sold us a service contract, #HATRJ1027292. The contract states we have 90 days for cancellation for full refund. We contacted the dealer to request for cancellation on 10/29/2024, only got calls from the finance manager two times on separate days to convince us not to cancel. We persisted for the cancellation and emailed through the dealer's different sites and finally got acknowledgement of our cancellation request on 11/6/2024 by finance associate which states we would receive the refund within 45 days. As this day of filing of 1/20/2025 we have not received the refund, even we have emailed two times since 11/6's acknowledgement. Also on 11/19/2024 we requested to cancel a oil change program Oil Change Program, #QCSRJ846010, of $396.95. The contract allows for cancellation. As of this day of filling of 1/20/2025, we have not received the refund.Review fromMike S

1 starAbsolute c*** place, do not come here for service I spent almost 3 grand getting my transmission fixed, and then brought the car back because there was something scraping. They had forgotten to reattach part of my car and it was sitting in the trunk! Instead of putting a new piece on, or telling me, they said they fixed it back to specs.... By cutting it off and leaving the bottom of my car exposed!**** ******* is a criminal who deserves all the worstReview fromDeclan C

2 starsGetting my car financed was a nightmare. I've had it for 8ish months now, and it took nearly 4-5 to finally get everything confirmed and financed properly. Had to switch banks because the dealership dropped the ball on getting my info over to them, I had to call back and forth with the dealership and the bank to get a clear answer. The dealership kept blaming the bank but it was indeed the dealerships fault according to the original bank, who walked me through the whole process and explained what was missing and that they were waiting solely on the dealership. While this was frustrating, it was eventually resolved and I believed everything was fine, but at time of purchase I paid for 6 free oil changes and after my use of the first one, I encountered my first issue with the vehicle. After I left and drove home, my car overheated and told me to drive "moderately" I got home and went to check the coolant after letting it cool ****** was completely empty.I had coolant on hand and refilled it.I drive for work so I had to drive my car with the issue and monitored what was a very slow leak, and topped off. No way it could have emptied my coolant during the drive home. The coolant did not empty in minutes after I filled it, like they told me had happened.I go back to the dealership and they tell me they topped off the coolant during the oil change, and then I was told they didn't go anywhere near the coolant during the service. So the story changed. Naturally this is the kind of negative story you hear about dealerships and why you should never trust them, I thought I'd believe in giving them a fair chance and not judge a business based off some stigma for car dealerships. I was wrong. They responded and told me since I drove my car during the week, that I was caused the damage (I drive for work and cannot afford to miss a day)The gasket damage had to happen during that drive home, because I saw it that same day.I would not recommend this dealership.Review fromClarence T

1 starI broke down on a hospital trip. Had car towed to dealer. Was charged $4573 to replace valve cover and engine oil pan gasket, 1 injector, an oil line and oil change. Oil line was replaced ***** mi. ago. Gaskets showed leak droplets but oil filter is on top of engine. Suspect that is cause of look of a leak. So my trip to hospital cost more than the $6000 trans. that had to be replaced ***** mi. ago. Dealer work is a rip off at **** Hendrick Chrysler Dodge jeep and ram.Review fromCoralie N

1 starTook my car last week to get it fixed because it was having issues starting. The person working on my car said that fixing the negative cable and getting a new battery would fix this problem. After spending more than half a grand and being charged $200 to run a diagnostic test (that didnt even state the issue to begin with!) My car will still not start! When I called back to see if I could get this issue fixed the guy just started guessing at what the next issue could be with the car. Im not here for a guessing game that cost me 1k.Review fromMichael B

1 starI am writing to express my discontent with my recent experience at Hendrick ****** of Concord. In June, I leased a ****** Tundra from *****, who initially presented himself as helpful. However, the experience quickly turned sour due to disorganization in the financial department, requiring multiple visits to sign paperwork. Moreover, ***** told us that THEY pay for the tag expenses not us as a selling point of leasing a vehicle from them resulting in expired tags and additional expenses. We were flat out lied to. Our requests for communication about our spare key fob were ignored until we said weve had enough. I am appalled by the subpar service and will not return to this location for any future purchases. At this point I feel ****** should reimburse us for the fees paid due to deceit from the sales departmentReview fromAnton S

1 starHi everyone. This place has a horrible finance department and management overall. Regular sales guys are great but the management make it impossible for those guys to properly deliver the service that *** usually deliver. Long story short, I purchased a brand new *** x7 at this dealership in 2022. There were some issues but overall it was fine. This year I decided to get a lease and we spent 3 full days trying different cars and weighting all the options. At some point we agreed on one car that we liked the most. So, we applied for the lease and the journey began. It took us 4-5 days to negotiate with financial services. At some point they even approved us. But then all the sudden they inquired an additional document. They said you must have a Green Card or an American passport to be eligible for a lease. So, we wasted 4 days plus another 4 days on these guys who couldnt tell us that the lease is only for citizens and GC holders. ***? We immediately got approved at ********, ****, ***** and 3 other brands and at the end got signed with one of them. But come on ***. Whats wrong with you? Is it common to waste employees time, customers time and then discriminate by making up some stupid rule that has nothing to do with how credits, loans and leases being offered in this beautiful country. S**** you guys. **************** is the worst dealership there is.Review fromOscar K

1 starTook my car in for service, when it was returned, it was obvious that it was used for a joy ride, they bought fast food and left their trash in the vehicle when I picked it up. I raised h*** at the dealership and the managers did not even flinch or come talk to me, they denied it was used and defended their staff however could not defend the trash left. I decided not to go back there. My daughter insisted I give them another shot and I did. Got a special quote for tires, I insisted they put it in writing, when the work was done, the service adviser told me it was about $200 more than what was promised in writing. Again, when I raised ****, the service advisor asked to call me back. When I received the phone call back, the numbers had been revised to lower than what was inwriting. I asked how come, the arrogant answer was why am I not happy that they reduced the price to lower than promised. Untrustworthy dealership when it comes to service or billing, be careful, there are others that would love to treat the customer much better. No wonder their ******************** rating is close to 1. Be careful if you go there, they are not trustworthy.Review fromDiamond C

1 star****** a brand new **** A5 2024 in February and have nothing but problems with the car. 2 recalls and 3 visits to the shop already and its not even a year old yet. They fixed a recall but installed the seats incorrectly and damaged them too. They also made sure to leave plenty of grease stains that are now forever on the seats. 1 starmy complaint about the dealer located at *****************************************. today october 22, 2024 my wife **** and i arrived at the dealer looking to buy a new truck. mr. ******* attended to **. we explained to him that we were interested in that truck and that if he could give us the information so that our bank would approve it, he told us that if the price of the truck is $34,995 the sale price. he asked us for personal information and began to fill out the application. he went to the financier and came back so that my wife could sign the application and send it. we have a construction company. we told him that if he applied it should be done under the name of the company. after a while he came back asking us for the insurance. but before that he asked us if we had a car to trade in. we said yes. He asked us if we should return it, we said yes, and my wife showed him the bank that financed it, ****** Finance. After waiting for 3 hours, he brought me a loan for the total amount before payment. It was ******. I have proof of that document. Then he arrived with an attitude that they did not approve the car, that I had to bring a check for $38,470 so that they could deposit the check and we could take the truck. The bad service, the bad practice and the bad professionalism of them. Mr. ******* called the manager. ******** Hispano, everything was explained to him and he told us that he would return with a solution. 15 minutes later he returned with the excuse that the bank did not approve it and that he wanted a deposit of $20,000 dollars so we could take the truck. That is my big complaint about this unprofessional teller, they treated us like garbage. and a wait of 4 1/2 hours.
