      Bought a 2026 CR-V Touring here. The car had a defective sound system from day one something the dealer should have checked before delivery. They are just say they will repair it. We dont buy new car that need repairs on the first day. Very disappointing experience.

      Its hard for me to write a negative review, but my experience with Hendrick Automotive left me no choice. I tried several times to communicate about a listed vehicle, despite my own busy schedule, and all I received were generic, unhelpful responses. The lack of care and professionalism was frankly surprising and disappointing.Before reaching out, I checked ****** reviews and saw mostly positive feedback, which gave me some reassurance. However, my actual experience mirrored the BBBs one-star rating more than anything else. The apathy and lack of genuine communication from this dealership raise serious concerns about how they truly operate behind the glossy review ************ experience does not justify the high-rated reviews on *******. Where do these reviews even come from? WOW. Bottom line: if youre an out-of-state buyer, I do not believe this is the dealership for you.

      I took my vehicle, a 2025 ***** HR-V, to your dealership on September 2, 2025 for a service. During the inspection, I was informed that I needed three tires replaced. I explained that I would need a few days to make the payment.Immediately after leaving the dealership, I noticed a noise and, upon returning immediately, I was informed that one of my tires had a large s**** Therefore, I had no choice but to purchase a replacement tire that same day.Additionally, after my complaint, the saleswoman and service manager immediately offered me a tire replacement as the only solution. They also said they would give me a supposed employee discount (implying that they were partially responsible).They replaced the tire, and I left again. I am returning immediately because the tire pressure was low. I went back for service with a complaint, and they just reinflated the tires.This is completely unheard of. I've been a customer since August 2022 and never had any issues at my previous dealership in ********. Now that I live in ********* and go to Hendrick *****, every time I go in instead of for service, it feels like a showroom. I've had two inspections on the same day, where they offer to replace different parts, all so I have to pay something outside of my oil change warranty.They made me waste the whole afternoon, from 1pm when I had a scheduled appointment until 5:40pm

      The service department personnel are not trained properly. My vehicle was repaired and a week later it broke down on me in **. I paid to have the vehicle towed back to *******. Hendricks repaired the fuel pump again and a week later my vehicle broke down again. The lack of professionalism is extremely disappointing. My family and I have been stressed out concerning this issue. Im a disabled veteran suffering from many illnesses. I do not have time for this kind of incompetence.

      If I could give a zero rating I absolutely would. I write this review after 3 days of negotiating the purchase of a car. This dealership along with other Hendrick dealerships were advertising 0% financing on their websites that ended on July 31. We started negotiations on July 29. At the end of the second day the initial dealership pulled a bait and switch claiming, at the last minute, they couldnt offer the 0% financing because the car we were interested in wasnt physically on their lot. This was information they knew the whole two days of negotiations. So we then called Hendrick ***** in **********, where the car physically is, and their salespeople claim that they were never offering 0% full stop. Even though this was clearly advertised on their website for the entire month of July. They actually pretended as though they had never heard of a part of a sales event they were literally running less than 24 hrs prior. ****** ******* ***** and ********* Hendrick ***** of ********** are some real sleazebags. I cant personally speak for the other Hendrick locations, but both of the dealerships I worked with over the last 2-3 days were not honest in their dealings, so I would imagine this is a company wide culture of dishonest business practices. Run away from this group of dealerships, youll never get the deal they roped you in with.

      I am from out of state and called in to see if they could check my battery out to see if its holding a charge. Both service people me over the phone that it would be a week until they could get me in to check the battery. After telling them I was in a tight spot and the battery check would only take ************************************* out. They said they would have the service manager contact me today to discuss it and even he never called me back. So much for helping a loyal ***** customer

      Bad sercive bought a jeep there bad salesman car was dirty they took the sticker off the car and kept it while waiting for paper salesman left us to sell another car he lied about second key poor sercive .

      Had the most amazing experience with Hendricks and my sales *** ****** ! In a world where everything is about making a **** these guys still remain true to holding their word and take pride which in my opinion is very hard to find now days . As a single mother thats Avid outdoors person its hard for me to find a truck let alone in my budget and here I found both ! . *** bought a lot of new and used vehicles over the years and hands down this was the best I was ever treated ****** even texted 8 hours later to make sure I made it home safe ! Did i mention I drove 8 hours one way and guess what Id drive 17 hours straight one way to deal with them again Ill never go anywhere elses again !!!! . I had a few hiccups and was totally taken care of above and beyond so definitely not like most dealers that dismiss you right after the sale . So do yourself a favour and purchase the right way from them ! . I honestly cant give yous enough praise and i thank you ! Id give 100 Star rating hands down

      On Monday 5/21 a check engine light was on in my 2020 Dodge Ram 1500, and called **** Hendrick for an appointment to get it checked out. They told me that the only opening was for Friday 5/25 at 7:30 AM. After I got on time with an appointment that they gave me, and upon arriving on time they told me that they would not be able to get in to run a diagnostic until Friday 5/25. I have always been told that when you have an appointment time, that's that is the time you are to be seen or taken care of. So, on Thursday 5/29 I get a call that the battery is bad, and I gave them to replace the battery. When I got there to pick up my truck, they told me that the cost $900.00 plus dollars, so we go back, and forth and they came back with a figure of $600.00 plus dollars. Ather speaking with the manger for a few times, and let my add that he had very nasty attitude trying to talk down to me. I been buying new cars for over fifty years, and I have never encountered anything like *******, I paid this company that I bought my truck from $595.55 for replacing a battery.

      Extremely Disappointed with My New 2025 Dodge Ram RHO and ****************** I recently paid cash for a brand-new 2025 Dodge Ram RHO, expecting reliability and good service. Within a week, I faced several problems that have left me frustrated.First, the LED trailer lights wouldnt work when connected to the hitch. The dealership gave me no clear answers, even though the trailer lights were confirmed working by the trailer dealership. My previous 2022 Dodge Ram 1500 had no such issues with the same trailer.Then, my truck lost all electrical power. After calling the dealership, I was given nothing but guesses. I had to remove and recharge both batteries myself. When I reinstalled them, the check engine light came on but showed no error codes when scanned.When I finally brought the truck back, the service department said the relay system needed replacing. I hope this fixes the problem, but the experience has shaken my confidence in a brand-new ********** add insult to injury, the loaner vehicle they gave me was a dirty, smoked-out 2017 ***** Equinoxno effort was made to clean it. After spending a large sum, I expected far better treatment.If these issues arent resolved, I will demand a full refund and take my business elsewhere.
