      Their website is misleading, no cars on their lots. All are out of state. I purchased 8 vehicles and had no record of me. Do not purchase a vehicle from Hendricks

      They cheat, Very cheaply too. Stay Away and Seek a Reputable Dealer.They had posted a ******** GLA on their website. The pictures were breathtaking and the price was listed for a good $5k to $6k below the market value. They also had a nice VW Golf on their website which was priced reasonably. I made an appointment to see them both and to tryout a Taos-S trim. I test-drove the *** but when I asked for the ********, they started mumbling:Salesman: Sorry it seems to be in the shop for some final touchups.Me: But you made the appointment for me, I didn't. You knew I was coming to see it.Salesman: Sorry, I forgot to convey that to my manager.Me: Can I see the inside and test drive it tomorrow?Salesman: No. For safety reasons we can't let you in the shop.Me: (Figuring out their cheap trick). Fair enough; Can I see the car from outside of the shop from ANY distance you deem safe? Say 200 feet away?Salesman: That's a No No.Me: Could I see the interior of a **** S trim?Salesman: Sorry we don't have any S trim in our inventory. There are only SE trims. Looking at their lot, there were loads of **** S. Long story short: There was no ******** to begin with. They would put some killing deal on their website to get you drive there (for 30 miles in my case), and once you're there, they try to convince you to buy what they actually. They exhaust you to purchase what they have planned for you.They had pulled the same cheap trick in 2019 on me, but I didn't write a review then. But it's time people know about their practices. I'm reporting them to the BBB and to VW ***. Although VW *** doesn't have that much of a reputation to keep up with.Remember 2015 Diesel Scandal? Same DNA is all over the place.

      This place have the most distasteful and dishonest people working here . I wish I didnt have to leave a star to leave this review. This place intentionally did things to car just to say it needed to be fixed to get money from me and they also charged me way more than they would charge others for things . DO NOT take your vehicle here . Im seeking legal advice so I can resolve my issue with them. They said because of the miles on my car it wouldnt hold up in court but theyre forgetting that the mileage has absolutely nothing with the things they intentionally broke on my vehicle smh I have videos and pictures of before and after and its disgusting what they did to my car because of the mileage. They should fire everyone that works here immediately!

      Submitted a request for a battery jump start at ****. I got multiple texts stating there was a delay in assigning a service provider. After an hour of waiting I called for an update and was told it would take more than 75 minutes. Another 3 hours went by so I called for another update. I was told there is no pending request and I can submit a new one. I am left stranded with a dead vehicle and no help coming.

      Beware if your using insurance! You will be paying out of pocket for your rental car..need proof go read some of the over 600 Better Business Bureau complaints. I dropped my truck off on 10/18 was told it would take 23 days, and I guess the repair did take 23 days but they didnt start it until 11/7 a full 20 day before they started. Didnt receive one phone call or email that it would be a month before they started. I called them to find out whats going on when my rental car date was up with insurance and now its all out of pocket. This place is terrible with no communication and again if you need more proof go read their better business bureau page over 600 complaints in 3 years. If your insurance company tells you to take your vehicle to ******* demand somewhere else.After reading all the complaints I know I will not get any money back from them, I just want to spread the word and save other people the headache.

      I purchased drivetrain & extended warranty for this car. The sticker on the car said 2014 during time of purchase , but its a 2013. Chevrolet dealers required a 9 point inspection on all cars sold i doubt this one was expected. The car was sold to me without the horn working a major safety issue. The gear shifter was not fully functioning properly they failed to fix either 2 weeks after purchase the car electrical circuit shorted out & coolant leak begin. The car stalls out randomly while driving less than 2 months after buying the car. The battery terminals are incorrectly configured in a way that it shouldnt be with added components. The administration lack of care and support for my concerns has made it very hard to communicate with them. The car is a complete lemon I've been dealing with for about 7 months now. The paint on the top of the car is faded they referred me to a third party paint shop. The sales manager refuses to acknowledge that they sold me a lemon. I attempted to get oil leak resolved the sales representative stop responding so here 6 months later i have put more money into this car than i can keep in my pocket trying to diagnose and treat the problems. I have replaced the serpentine belt over 20 times due to oil leaking . The sale manager has offered very limited support & concern. I have dumbed money into this car maintaining is since i purchased it and it has caused financial hardship. Refuse to pay monthly for a lemon that have to maintenance.

      This is absolutely the WORST dealership in town. Clearly, they do not care about the customer. We had two different Tahoes that were "supposed to be ours'. They sold the first one after many discussions with them. Waited weeks for the second one, told it was on the lot and needed to be inspected. Just got a call from the manager saying he just sold it. F you Hendrick, we are done with your BS

      My mother purchase a brand new vehicle from ****************************** *******************. Firstly, it was told the vehicle would be available in a week and after 2x weeks we called and after checking, was told the vehicle was at the dealership. After doing some checking, seems the vehicle VIN was different and was actually given a different vehicle from want was apparently ordered/shipped. Then a few months later a plate/cover from the passenger side mirror came off and when we visited the service department was told it was not on warranty and needed to be ordered. after ordering and receiving the part, was then told it was unable to installed on the mirror and the need for an entire mirror was needed at the cost of $400+. We returned the part to contemplate the purchased and decided to re-obtain the part and see if we could figure it out. We proceeded to take it to a small repair shop and the repairman clicked it in only taking minutes to do. He and we were astonished that the authorized dealership would drive a customer to a $400 part replace that was unnecessary, not installed the part recommended and even check if warranty coverage was applicable. Where was the customer service, transparency and loyalty to a valued customer. **** advised all friends and family to avoid this dealership.

      I went to the dealership in August and ordered a vehicle. Upon receiving the vehicle it Initially seemed to have everything I ordered. I later noticed something was missing. I took the vehicle to the dealership and asked about the breach in the order contract, but was told the order didnt include the missing accessory. Upon doing some research, I realized I had indeed ordered the accessory as an inclusion to an offered upgrade for the 2022 model. Which is what ordering system was used to build my Jeep. Jeep decided to change their packages for the 2023 model, but again, I ordered my vehicle with the 2022 ordering system. The system had not been updated to include orders for the 2023 models. Therefore, my vehicle was built without the accessory at the factory because it is an additional upgrade for 2023 models. No one notified me of the change. Now Im being told its unfortunate that this happened. No solution has been made to fix the issue that will not cost me additional money. I have reached out multiple times in hopes to speak with the dealership manager, but have yet to receive a call. I would have liked to believe a dealership in a military town knew how to take care of ******** Veterans. This dealership has shown no intention to accept nor correct this issue that doesnt involve me being responsible.

      This place dont even deserve one star! Today 10/22/2022, we found a truck on THEIR website that was listed for $31,994, called to make sure it was there and that was the price, everything was good to go, was told the truck would be pulled around and the keys put up because we were on the way. Drove almost 2 hours there, to walk in and the lady we had been talking with is magically sick, get another salesman, and now the truck is in the process of being bought should have walked away then, as thats 2 strikes there. So he offers another truck that is 5 years older but around same mileage, I settle to check it out, price in internet add said $34,*** then when brought out the sale contract it was priced at $36,***, pointed that out and oh they agreed to honor the $34,*** price, go to check out the truck, it cant even be sold yet bc it has a recall that has to be fixed first, ok thats all good. After all said and done they want to finance $40,***!! After I declined, all of the sudden the truck we came for that was in process of finance is available great, right? Not another bull c*** run around.. the truck was on their website for $31,994 and I pulled up the ad to prove it is all of the sudden $36,***, after I show them the proof they changed it while I was sitting there!!!! This dealership is running some shady business!!! Needless to say we left with no truck and will take our business to somewhere else!! Look up reviews from other places and you will find out this has been going on for a long time!!!!
