      Doctor wrote on lab blood draw slip to not send to central processing lab 3 states away but to local *** in same state so blood processing could be done faster. It was automatically sent to their central processing to **. As a result of delay, my surgery had to be cancelled due to lack of lab results. This occurred even doctor specifically wrote in bold print. The turn around time for lab results is too long from what other patients and doctors report in my locality. I dont know how they are even lab accredited.

      If I could their head office negative 5 stars I would. They falsified my lab results multiple times. I have documentation from other labs at the same times as verification. The facility itself is clean, the service was timely, the kiosks were easy to use, the staff was usually friendly (except when rushed due to not being given enough time per patient) Definitely knew what they were doing. 5 stars to the facility itself. Double check your labs with someone else if you feel they are wrong or incorrect. Keep good records.

      No assistance with kiosk. I'm disabled!Waited for almost 2 hours to get blood work drawn. Then they said I had to sign a piece of paper. Because they said Dr. ****** put enough info and I might have to pay it. Said I'm signing under duress you had 2 hours to tell me this prior to calling me in and putting band on arm. At this time I was in an extreme amount of pain and shaking tremendously. I said I don't understand what I'm signing in on meds and in a lot of pain. I can't go to another place now. Saw my doctor no results sent to her.Asked lab for hard copy of ****,and results lab said we don't do that! ******** denied their claim found this out after I received a late bill in mail today. Called lab again. Told them I'm refiling with doctors help. I asked why my doctor had zero results they said the sent it to doctor back in April that's a lie just saw doctor this month week it's the end of July! I can see by multiple people here same problem has occurred with others who used this company. Never again will I use them ! I feel violated and my rights violated under the Americans with disabilities Act. And HEPA Laws do to the lack of privacy blood draw areas only separated by a removable partition wall like you would find in a office area. Making me feel additionally uncomfortable and pressured. This is not a completed testimony do to limited character space here. Do NOT use Lab Corp! Go somewhere else!

      Lab Corp was very slow (2+ months) to reimburse me for an overpayment. I paid their bill with a credit card, not realizing that it would also be auto paid by my ***. Lab Corp would not reimburse the overpayment amount for months. I called and emailed them and the problem was a failure on their end to find or recognize the e-payment from the ***, even when provided with confirmation numbers, etc. I called the *** to confirm that the payment was sent on time. They finally reimbursed me after I threatened to report them to the ** State **************************

      Taking over two or three weeks to get lab results back. Have attempted to email them but they have not put up important labs. My doctor has asked them as well. Trying to go see a specialist but they will need to see the labs.

      This company is incompetent. I had labs done in Aug of 2024. It was billed to my insurance company but I am still getting bills from LabCorp saying I owe almost $600. I have called, emailed, and faxed over paperwork stating this billed was paid. I have sent over the *** and talked to several people all giving me the run around. When I emailed them the copy they replied back asking all the questions that was on the *** or information they already have on file. I have been harassed by phone call and bills by these people. When you talk to them on the phone they are so clueless about anything and don't understand that this bill was paid. I will never do business with LabCorp in the future. It has been almost a year dealing with these people stating I owe them money when clearly somebody on their end screwed up.

      Went to Labcorp for some labs, scanned in ********* card, and now have received two bill totaling over $1,000. My heath ********* was not billed, even though it was provided at the time of service. Called the 800 number spoke to an incompetent employee who kept giving me the run around stating my doctor sent it over. I advised the *** my doctor submitted an order for labs that needed to be done, not my ********* information. My ********* information is something I scanned in at the time of service. I was then transferred over to the manager. I spoke to the manager, who I asked what ********* is scanned and the ** number. I was then told again told my doctor sent over the information. I advised the manager that my doctor sent over labs that needed to be ran, and ********* was something I scanned in at the time of service. I advised the manager that they would need to reach out to my ********* company, to which she stated they could not. I advised the manager that was a lie, because they reach out to health facilities to verify information all the time. Since they have my information, they can update the information in their system, and resubmit the claims to my health ********* company for payment.

      I made an appointment online for 1 pm the office is closed from 12:30 to 1:30. I had to sit outside of the business for 30 minutes. Once I got inside and tried to sign in I had issues with the machine a *** advised she would help. No conversation was had she then advised the next appointment is 2 pm. I hate this scam of a company and everything they stand for.

      I had lab work done by this company on 10/08/2024 in their ******, *** branch. I received an *** from my insurance saying it was a duplicate bill and I had $0 responsibilty. They kept billing me for $20 weekly for a month. I emailed them 3 times and each time was told someone would respond. No one ever did. When you call you cannot speak to anyone, just an automated pay your bill. Called my insurance company to get a phone number. Called the number, put on hold for 15 minutes.then it rand 3 times and I was disconnected. A wonderful way to run a business. No responsi bility to patients just want money. No customer service. If I could use another ********************** because this one is definately lacking in professionialism.

      Brought some family in for some testing that we scheduled for online. There was a lady up front dark skinned said her name was *******. Giving a description because she doesn't wear a name tag and she's obviously the same person everyone here is complaining about. We arrived 02/17/25 at 9:45 am. This lady was extremely rude to my Fiance ***** ********. She gave our family a hard time kept saying they can't see us even though we had an appointment. Went back and forth about all kinds of things that had nothing to do with anything we did wrong. How can a medical facility employ someone like this to handle paying customers!!!Never going back, this lady needs removed from employment. This is the worse experience we have ever gone through!!******************************************************
