      I am an RN and I was dropping off blood work at REMOVEDin the drop box. As I was dropping off my boxes in the allocated drop box I was accosted by a "doctor REMOVEDapproached with unprovoked aggression and proceeded to tell me that he didn't want me dropping off any more of my labs in "his" box. I went on to explain to him that I've been dropping off lab work in that same drop box for the past 4-5 months with no issue. He stated this was "his" property and that was "his" box and that he didn't want me ever dropping of labs in "his" drop box again. For context, there is NO distinction of this particular drop box with any other drop box at any other labcorp. "Private" is not labeled nor had it ever been locked. He went on to threaten me and state he was going to call the REMOVEDon me and he did. I asked him for his name and he would not give it to me. I was mortified and scared for my life as I became surrounded by 3 cops just for doing my job the way I have always done it. I called Labcorp directly and explained what happened. I asked for a supervisor for clarity on ownership of the box. REMOVEDcame on the line and listened to my story. She took my information and stated someone would call me back. I am still waiting on a call. This review is geared more towards the "doctor" as it was definitely excessive and childish and he did not have to call the cops on me. He could have had a more civil conversation and it could have been resolved peacefully. I am angry, frustrated and drained as I know 1000% if I was a white woman that doctor would have approached me with more respect and had a more civil conversation about the drop box..,if he's even telling the truth. I've been dropping off labs at this same drop box for the past 5 months with no issue. The one time I come early and this "doctor" sees a black woman dropping off labs he got hostile and became aggressive & threatening towards me. I want his name and the office he works for

      You should not be able to make a 12:30 apt when they close 12:00 to 1 pm for lunch. Its 94 degrees so I had to set with car running for 45 min. REMOVEDtimes should be removed on the LabCorp website.

      I have been waiting for over 10 weeks for a DNA test from labcorp. The entity that submitted the request has a contract with labcorp and cannot have another lab perform the Test but clearly labcorp cannot honor their contract to perform DNA testing in a timely manner. They quoted us 6-8 weeks for a DNA appointment but it has been over that time frame and they can give us NO information when the entity calls to find out where we are on the list for DNA testing appointments. They should allow the contract to be dissolved if they do not have the capacity to perform the services.

      Do not trust nor engage in business with the laboratory. I followed all the lab's directions, where I was required to submit a sample the following day in May 2026 (as per my doctor's order). When I went back the following day, the lab had no records of my visit, despite being in the very same office less than 24 hours earlier. Later, they blamed me for a faulty sample and still charged me a fee for a lab test. In August of 2026, I paid extra to have a concierge nurse (associated with LapCorp) come to my house to ensure they weren't going to lose my records. I paid for the extra service, and got my labs back a week or two later. The lab performed the WRONG TEST (my doctor's order is on their website, which I can see from the patient portal). Yet, they still refuse to refund my money. They do not have a customer support phone number -- however, you can fill out a form online (of which I've sent no less than three messages but never received a response). I called the billing support department today and the person hung up on me, despite my respectful manner. THIS LAB IS A SCAM, AND THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY. PLEASE BE COGNIZANT OF THEIR FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOR. I contested my credit card charge, and knowing how they operate, they will likely report my lack of payment to a credit reporting service. REMOVED! The system requires a star, otherwise, I would give them zero stars.

      The LabCorp located at REMOVEDbilled my insurance company without my authorization or knowledge for blood work that had been prepaid in-full, and did so ten straight times over the course of four (4) years. Roughly 2 weeks after each visit, LabCorp also sent me an additional invoice to my home address in the amount of $35.00, which I paid each time, totaling $350.00. This fraudulent corporate practice of double-billing insurance companies for anyone who walks through the door regardless if tests are pre-paid is against the law yet, when I went to LabCorp in REMOVED, REMOVEDand asked for help in recovering my money, LabCorp refused to take responsibility. In fact, when I called the corporate billing office in REMOVED, the personnel there started yelling at me as if this was my fault. It clearly shows on the paper I submitted each office visit that the blood work was prepaid, yet to this day, LabCorp takes no responsibility. Beyond laughable.

      0 stars. Rating F Is person for a hospital lab is ridiculous. The woman had to check people in and draw labs. Appointments dont matter. This company is a monopoly. I have no other choice of where to draw labs

      The business owner gave me a hard time because my sister is a plus sized child. After verbally expressing feelings of discrimination and poor customer service, the owner stated No one is here to help you, Im done talking to youTruly pathetic customer care and a lack of emotional intelligence.

      Myself, my father and my sister have gotten bills from labcorp and they havent sent them to our insurance first. This is not the first time this has happened.

      I received lab testing for which I was told the cost would be $299 if I particiapted in a patient engagement program (which I did). I saved confirmation of the completion of this program in my email just in REMOVED, I received a text that my bill was ready after being running through insurance. My stated REMOVEDwas $1,100 almost 4x what I was told it would be.I was able to take 30 minutes out of my day to call Labcorp and resolve this but this feels criminal. Why should I have to do all this follow-up and work just so that I am billed correctly? Also I had the time, literacy skills, understanding and language ability to do this myself. What about others who don't have the time, resources, institutional knowledge or mastery of English to advocate for themselves.

      Labcorp is a big fat scam! They price REMOVEDyou and once you pay they try to double bill your credit card then send you to collections! They are a joke. Billed for a full panel and only hormones were tested. Refused to lower it to just hormone pricing but don't have results for a full panel that they billed for...$2000 later and still very upset. I paid and now I have collectors still calling. Ridiculous!
