      African American receptionist lied saying I had a 9 am appointment and will see me as soon as possible. Trying to ask the receptionist a question he said its Wednesday no question day trying to flirt with me I told him I didnt have an appointment scheduled for 9 he said that is okay . I waited 40 minutes only to he met with an attitude saying I told you I would see you after the blood testing and you can speak to a manager . There was no communication stating that is he did I wouldnt wait I wouldve came back. The hours of drug testing are not sent in the confirmation email only stated on the actual website and at the location. I asked for the managers number and he gave me a generic card. When I came back for the information I can hear him talking to another ********** about me saying he told me I can speak to manager he also was gossiping about the whole interaction. When I asked for the managers information when he returned to the desk he said oops and proceeded to pull out his phone to give it to me. The manager ******* **** was rude blaming me for the situation and interrupting me saying Really no solution just an African American woman being treated poorly once again.

      I went for an annual check-up with my provider last 6/13/24 , provider requested for the annual routine lab test which was handled by LABcorp. Test was done and bill was sent to me by Labcorp. They said that my insurance denied payment, so I have to pay. I investigate with my insurance and they said they denied the payment because it was beyond the 180 days claim period. My ***************** told me that Labcorp didn't use the complete/correct mailing address that is why they didn't received the claim on time. I called Labcorp attention on this and they did not deny that they forgot to include the suite number on the address.Statement was resent to my insurance but then it lapse the 180 days, my insurance denied the payment , now Labcorp wants me to pay $a total of $376.95 I told them it was a mistake on their part so they should be responsible or at least share the cost with me. I got no reply from Labcorp when I sent them an email.Should I be responsible for the whole amount, even if they fail to do their job properly?I don't know who to ask, maybe you can help me with this issue.

      We have researched Ms. ********** concerns as they pertain to the invoices for services provided on June 13, 2024 and July 4, 2024. Our records reflect we have received a denial for timely filing on invoice ********. We have not received a denial on invoice ********. In an effort to reach a mutually agreeable resolution, we have adjusted the balance on both invoices.We hare providing a zero balance letter for Ms. ********* records.

      Received a bill for services from labcorp from 9-26-24 for ONGYN work in ************** when I have never been to **************, nor that clinic and havent been in the ************* for years other than an occasional holiday. Even when I am in the ** its not **************************** listed is a policy I dont have (isnt mine) yet $201.88 was paid by them for these fictitious services. Tried calling no person to talk to, tried to submit an online question - no website to use. The tax id claimed is **********. Its not mine. Please remove **** from your records and fix any credit reporting of this matter (if any).Whoever the ***** ***** is in this bill is NOT me.       In September 2025 I saw my physician who ran lab tests that I specifically asked not to be ran (which is documented in my patient chart.) I received a bill for ****** from LabCorp for these labs. I discussed with my providers office my concerns and was told it would be taken care of. Their resolution was for them to pay for the labs and clear my account which was in December/January 2025. After much back and forth of receiving continued bills I was told by the providers office their payment was applied to a different account at ******************** but they were still working on it. I was told *** ********** at Labcorp was aware and would resolve the issue. I reached out to him via email and was again told the issue was being worked on and would be resolved. He then stopped responding to my emails. I continued to receive past due bill reminders stating that I was going to be reported to a credit agency. Because there was zero communication from him at this point I paid the bill myself in fear of my credit be affected. This occurred on 3/17/25. Since this time I have sent multiple unanswered emails from ***. I have contacted my providers office to which I have been told he is working on it and I should be receiving a refund. We are almost 8 months into this mess with incredibly poor communication and still no refund. I am seeking the refund I should have never had to pay in the first place.

      On Wednesday April 9 at 1245 pm I took a pre employment screening at LabCorp location on ***************** in ** I simply had water to drink and I took the test in the bathroom.I'm told today on April 10th that the test came back diluted! I called for a chain of custody but was not able to get through due to no answer, overflowing mailbox and no operator to connect to when calling or being transferred by staff.

      I received the invoice and made the payment on 1/10/2025. As a representative's suggestion, I also sent the "SUMMARY OF HEALTH PLAN PAYMENTS" document from my insurance company with the detail of discounts and adjustments to ********************************* However, after contacting Labcorp through email, phone calls, and Labcorp's website (customer inquiry) regarding this invoice, and had several representatives guaranteed they will adjust the bill to $0 balance and I don't need to worry about the bill, I still received the same invoice on 4/8/2025 with the same amount I've already paid.

      I had blood drawn, per my providers order, at the LabCorp site located in the ************************ on 3/21/25. TWO WEEKS LATER the results have still not been posted to the LabCorp portal! I called LabCorp to inquire and was told that the result for one of the tests was not yet in. It was a homocysteine test, and the sample had been sent to Esoterix Laboratories in ************* (Esoterix is owned by LabCorp). LabCorp did *not* contact me to let me know the results would be delayed. I actually called them twice, and there was no follow-up by them, even after that. Concerns re LabCorp: Lack of 1) quality control, 2) accountability, and 3) respect for customers time and health.

      This company has put me in collection for a charge from 10/24/24. Invoice ********. I have called with no success. Their call center didn't want to look into it.       4/2/25: purchased $357 worth of tests on labcorpondemand. The transaction charged my card but did not go through on labcorp side. Tests were not issued to my account. 4/2/25: reached out to customer support. They opened the ticket. Promised to initiate refund and issue tests the same day. 4/3/25: reached to customer service twice: unable to process refund at this time. This will take time.4/4/25: reached out to customer service again. They say there will be delay with refund processing as they experience payment system outages.       Date: November ******* - Service requested: Labwork - Issues: 1) ********** lost several people's orders the day of the labwork. 2) *********** failed to perform/provide the results for said labwork to either me or the hospital that ordered it. 3) They've repeatedly billed me for the labwork they have not completed and are threatening collections for a service they have not provided. 4) They ignored my emailed billing disputes in January and February, and hung up on me when I called in March. 5) The only reason I am receiving a bill is because my insurance provider announced they were breaking Labcorp's monopoly by expanding to other service providers, and Labcorp raised their prices (undisclosed).
