We purchase a Fatigue test : ******************************************************************** for our au pair since we dont believe her health insurance would cover lab work. As shown on the website, it advertises that you Purchase Your Test, Provide Your Sample and Get Your Results. They would not allow our au pair to Get Your Results and therefore I would like them to refund the test.They did not allow our au pair to get her results and said they were not able to verify her identity because they said she hadnt been in the country long enough and requested additional identity verification. The account she was trying to use to view her results was created after I purchased the test and was tied to her name. She contacted the merchant via email on October 24th, 2023 at 11:49:03AM MDT with the identity verification form they requested as well as a copy of her passport. They do not list a phone number on their website, so she was unable to contact them via phone. I dont have the full communication between them and our au pair, however she let us know that after providing the verification they requested they said they couldnt verify her identity and did not let her view her results. I believe the asked her to delete and recreate her account to view results, which did not work, but means that she no longer has copies of all communications.At this point she has returned to her home country where she will redo the tests, so I am asking for a refund of what we paid since they failed to provide the service advertised.
