    This platform has so many system glitches that they customer support is unwilling to help fix even though they are the cause. They should choose to run as a direct booking website only and not sync to any other property management system. They charged a customer well after the reservation had been cancelled and charged me the fee they processed refusing to acknowledge it was there system that did it. I cancelled the integration with them and now my VRBO account is unusable because VRBO platform still shows they didnt disconnect it but Lodgify says that it is disconnected and theres nothing they can do. They had my rates priced at $15 a night after a glitch which is what started everything to begin with. I am a new customer and plaid nearly $500 to them for the year with absolutely no help or support in these issues. I am going back and forth myself trying to talk to anyone who can help and they keep saying its the other systems problem.
