    Full of garbage,please don’t waste your money on this to
    keep the celebrity’s rich.They do need this scam.They have $300,000
    cars.Times are tough,spend your money on the kids,not this bogus company
    making them rich while we’re getting poorer.

    Terrible adjusters don’t respond and deny even though I had
    platinum coverage for 4 years . Service locations will not take car
    shield actually has a warning regarding Car Shield and ************ company that decides what they pay and if they pay. Warning don’t get
    suckered in.

    Carshield is straight trash! They take your money every month and don't wanna pay for the repairs. I took my car to 3 different repair shops in two months because carshield would not fix my car and bad enough I have two plans under them but I'm about to cancel my services. I'm sorry I've never been serviced yet! They take the mechanics through issues like they don't how to find the problem with your car. Carshield is trash, trash, trash!

    CarShield is a total scam. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do not give this company your money. I had a simple claim for my car months after purchasing the coverage. My AC compressor went out. I took it to the dealership and the dealership called me stating that CarShield denied the coverage. I called CarShield and they told me that it was the dealership's fault. I took it back to the dealership and listened while they called CarShield and Carshield stated that the diagnostics were done completed correctly so they could not approve the claim. I then took my car to another shop, they completed the diagnostics on the car (which I paid for out of pocket) and CarShield denied the service again. I then took my car to a shop that CarShield advised me to take it to and it happened for the 3rd time. The shop owner called CarShield on speaker phone while I was sitting there and told him that the part was not covered. I then called CarShield on speaker phone and complained that they told me to take the car there and that the part was covered and CarShield said that it was a covered part. After I told CarShield that they were on speaker phone and the shop owner was listening I got hung up on. They called me back and asked me not to put them on speaker phone that they had to "deal with" the shop one-on-one. I called the next day and after a brief argument was able to cancel the coverage. I paid for the service out of pocket for $400 and CarShield lost a customer for life. This company is a complete rip off. Please don't trust any of the commercials or spokespeople.

    Car Shield and ******** **** ****** is the worse company to
    buy your warranty from. They are not even close to what they advertise
    on internet and on TV. It's a trap. They are pain for both customer and a
    repair facility.
    I purchased car warranty from them for my 2017 Ford Mustang thinking
    they might be good because of the promises they make through their
    advertising. First of all they will waste valuable time making repair
    facility by keep asking for the same details over and over. Every time
    they will tell either customer and repair facility that their adjustor
    will call them and one keeps waiting for days without any word from
    them.
    In my case I purchased their most expensive Platinum Plan because they
    made promise while buying that this is the kind of warranty that you get
    on a new car and when my car broke down and wanted engine to be
    replaced after repair facility (Ford Authorized dealer) made a
    determination they came back making all kinds of stupid excuses that
    this engine failure is related to the prior repair I had on my car few
    months back. When I told them earlier problem was fixed and my car was
    driving fine they asked me that earlier repair facility should have told
    you. What a crap what would they tell me when they fixed the car and
    car was running fine. they said call your prior repair facility and they
    should cover the cost of current repair.
    Don't get into their trap and never trust them. You will regret buying
    warranty from Carshield and ******** *******

    My 88 year old father ended up with the higher paying
    platinum, diamond or something like that service for his older car. The
    mechanic shop he uses wouldn't accept carshield because they are hard to
    work with and the mechanic had a bad experience with them. When I
    called to help my father cancel the service, the man answering the phone
    would not listen to me but kept saying how great the policy was and
    that it covered everything on the car. After several minutes, I hung up.
    I tried calling back only tog et another service rep that continued the
    same thing. I was put on hold for more than 5 minutes while she was
    checking into his account.
    My father had no idea how he was paying $99 a month for a service he
    thought was only $25 a month. I wish I could get him reimbursed for the
    outrageous bill he's been paying. He is hard of hearing and doesn't
    understand voices on the phone very well. I have no doubt someone called
    him and talked him into the higher cost policy when he couldn't
    understand them. I am concerned this may be a case of high pressure
    sales to an elderly man that is having trouble hearing.Car shield
    finally called back after I hung up from the endless hold I was on and
    cancelled the policy.
    I do not recommend this company at all.

    Getting service with them, it was a very frustrating company and at the end they never fixed my car. But the biggest problem was trying to quit their services, they made it so difficult always gave you the run around. It was easy to sing in but not to quit . Worst experience I had with a warranty company. Dont fall for it and also I would like to add that car dealers dont want to deal with them because they are slow payers.
