    Didn't cover a repair for me because they said we should have checked all over to see who accepts them. We went to our Buick dealership and they would not send in paperwork because they've had issues with payments from Carshield. They gave us all the invoices and repair details and I called in spoke to representative and was told then to go ahead and send it in. Didn't hear anything back for almost a month. Called to followup and was informed they called to discuss but no one answered. What happened to email or writing. It was denied because of that and should have checked around to see who would take it and they send in the invoice etc. Then I was offered a lower price to stay with them. Why pay a cheaper price every month to get no service. Thus latest commercial proves they use stronghold tactics to get you to switch. Will not recommend them

    Complete rip off, they tell you all kinds of things are covered, but the contract is a corrupted file everytime you download it. They will take your money, but as soon as you file for a repair they will find every loophole they can not to pay it. I've waste 3 years on one vehicle and several months on an additonal one. They told me the parts were covered, then when I filed the claim they had all these minor details to deny it. I talked to 3 different agents and got 3 different reasons why they denied my claim. The mechanic got a completely different reason than I did. I cancelled it the same day. If you submit a review on their website with less than 4 stars you get the "404 errror" page. Don't waste your money, save it for the repairs. Paying them you might as well just flush it down the toilet, the only thing they will cover it the towing to make you feel like they have actually done something for you. Most expensive tow I have ever had in 30 years of driving.

    I purchased a plan for a 2014 ****** Rogue, i called 2weeks before the automatic debit would take place to cancel. When I look at my credit card statement 2 weeks later, I was charged. I called car shield they advised me no refund is available and no prorated. I told the agent I have my call log to show I called, and they were unable to show I even called that day. This is a very low rating company for providing customer **********************...

    Hill: 2015 **** 500pop Based on your technicians knowledge of vehicles and the ignorance of your consummers, you put individual in contracts where you know based on cars age, make and model what will possibly need repairs and you exclude those parts from the contract..NOT FAIR...CANCELLED CONTRACT.

    This company does not honor what they say. They quote me a price for one plan and when I got my contract it was for a lower plan but for the same money. I called and they said that they could not give me the better plan for the that money. Had I not read my contract I would have gotten screwed if I had to file a claim. They are suppose to refund my money. Let see if they honor that.Thank you **********

    THE WORST!! Do not waste your time, money or energy with this fraudulent company. They give you the run around. You never speak to the same person and claims are all processed verbally. No paperwork is ever involved so you don't even know what you are saying yes or no to. Will never use them again. They were awful.

    Signed up with a *** 2013 X3they have been taking my monthly payments for almost a year now. Took my car to *** dealership where I purchased the car and took it to repair place of my choice as advertised. Was told after dealing with Car Shiled for 3 years.they no longer deal with due to poor business practices, not paying full amount of repair, and only buying aftermarket parts . Only could find one place in town to work with this company. I hope ********* removes his good name from this company. Stay away if you have *** or *********

    Carshield and your administrator, ********************, are open to and willing to work with any repair facility that you select. However, each repair facility is able to determine who they wish to do business with as well. In this case they have refused to do business with you. There is nothing that CarShield or AAS can do to force any repair facility to work with you.We are sorry to lose you as a CarShield customer.     THE ABSOLUTE WORSE COMPANY TO EVER DEAL WITH. There is not a single mechanic in all of Georgia the accepts carshield. I experienced an electrical issue with my 2014 GMC, and placed a call to my general mechanic. He stated he does not work with carshield. He reasons was for nonpayment, bad experiences with his other customers dealing with carshield, being placed on hold for more than hour trying to reach someone for payment. Told me I should try the dealership. I called the local dealership, here in the metro Atlanta area, and was told the same. They do not conduct business with carshield. I called to cancel my subscription, and explained why, and also wanted the previous payment refunded at that time. Call was disconnected, couldnt get adequate information after the first few calls. Months go by, payments were continued to be taken, then the lights flickered again, (dashboard, and console lights went for about 5 seconds while driving). Made the call to carshield requested THEY find me a mechanic that they have a relationship with and allow me to take it there. I called all 3 locations, and those mechanics declined a relationship with carshield. So, I called back to cancel. Thinking the payments stopped, months later, still finding withdrawals in my account from ********************** . Longer story shorter, I recently callled carshield to complain about how long this has been going on, and how they faithfully received payment for a year plus, how do we make this right? They claimed to have found a dealership in ******, **. Made an appointment for Thursday at 10am, 1-25-24. After I requested to be on a conference call with them while they made the appointment. (DID NOT HAPPEN, AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS). So today, after MUCH conversation previously days before, they call me today 1-24-24 @ 3:30pm, requesting yet ANOTHER PAYMENT before I take my truck to the dealership ABSOLUTELY NOT . forever unsatisfied customer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY CALLED **********************
