"My friend used Simple Moves to store several items while she moved in with her new husband, but the company somehow managed to lose the entire huge storage container. They strung her along for days claiming they couldn't do anything while the owner and manager were both "out of town" (the owner was at his lake house only 2 hours away) until finally admitting they had completely lost a lot of irreplaceable family keepsakes and original records." ...
