      They use *** and the carrier has not delivered on time so I told them to not use ***. But they just keep sending *** so I have to call after call after call and they cannot fix it.

      I went 6 weeks with my medication because Accredo requested an updated Pre-Authorization from my doctor..I didn't think one was needed yet .. but my doctor sent it in ...Accredo Then requested an updated prescription.. That was all that was said.. but it took them 3 weeks to determine that ...My doctor sent in a new Rx ... Accredo came back and requested another PA ... they no loner had the original one they requested..I was on a 3 way call with Accredo and my doctor's office when all seemed to have been resolved ..Accredo had all they needed ..I was Told that the Rx and PA were good until Dec. 31, 2024 ... only because a new year starts on Jan 1st..I went for 6 weeks without my injections waiting for Accredo to get this straightened out ...Current day .. I got a voicemail saying they were contacting my doctor for an updated prescription..I called them ... They have no record of the events nor the phone call that took place in ************ I was told They have a current PA on file from back in July that expires Oct. 12th I was also told that they would not have needed .. NOR ACCEPTED .. Any PAs as long as there is An Active PA on file...They held up my medicine for 6 weeks saying they needed an updated PA when they had one on file..Their response ... let me call the doctor ... not go look for ALL OF THE INFORMATION MY DOCTOR HAS FAXED IN THE PAST 2 MONTHS!!!I Have lost patience...

      I just tried to call to ask about a prior authorization. Waited on hold for about ten minutes, a woman came on the line and said Im tired of getting these **** calls, man and disconnected. This is regarding medication people need what in the ******

      This is about the Express Scripts specialty pharmacy, Accredo. They have had my prescription for two months and I still have not been sent my medication. At one point, a customer service *** put my Rx on hold and I was not notified in any way. I have a chronic illness and must take my next dose next week. I have been on the phone with Accredo multiple times and no one can tell me when it will be sent or what the hold up is. I was told two days ago it will be mailed today. Today I was told it should be mailed Friday. Or maybe Saturday. Hopefully. Again, they have had my Rx for two months and this should have already been worked out. They agree that they have my Rx but that's about all they do actually know. It's so frustrating. My chronic illness can have fatal complications if I am not medicated correctly.

      Express Scripts Sucks!******** chose this provider as their 90 mail order pharmacy (actually they chose ********, who uses express scripts to fill my prescriptions). As many others have said here in other reviews, one of my medications was put on hold and three different customer service people gave me three different explanations - and methods of how I might resolve this issue. NONE of these suggestions involved them fixing it. They said my doctor would have to call them, my pharmacy would have to call them or I could just wait and see if the problem went away. The problem went on for almost 3 weeks until I had one dose of that medication left. My doctor did call it in to a local pharmacy to get me an emergency supply but the insurance wouldnt pay for it since the meds were technically on order thru another pharmacy (express scripts) So, they wanted me to pay $200 and wait and see if express scripts would reimburse me after things got settled. I mustve spent 4 or five hours - and several days off - talking to them on the phone without ever resolving the ********** yourself some frustration and find yourself another pharmacy.

      Little or no communication about status of orders and updates. Canned text messages are useless. Processing takes way too long to shipping. Then shipping can take 2 weeks. Have to use them because theyre the preferred mail order company for the part D plan.

      Zero Stars!...Cigna made me use Express Scripts. They made it to were my pharmacy will not longer take the insurance, so i had to sign up, they took my money, twice now, but i have yet to receive a single prescription. When i call, i get "I don't show you in our system". But yet they charge me!So i have had to file this complaint, with the BBB, my work and i have disputed charges through my bank, It's $80 I know i will never get back. I will never use their service or recommend them.

      If I could give Express Scripts zero stars, I would! My medication is a 28-day supply, yet they only allow a refill every 30 daysabsolutely absurd and ridiculous! They keep passing the blame to the pharmacy or my doctor, forcing me to run in circles and make countless calls just to realize the problem is with them. This is the worst service Ive ever experienced, and its no wonder so many people have left them one-star reviews!

      CVS/Express Scripts are nothing but scams. I can buy Xigduo or Mounjaro from ******* for $15 a month, no coupons needed, but through Express Scripts, they want to charge me $225 or $75 monthly. This is pure robbery. Express Scripts forces us to pay full price after three refills from a local pharmacy, and they can't even match *******'s price or let us keep buying locally. I hope CVS/Express Scripts goes out of business so they can't keep forcing their inflated pricing on customers. After countless calls to customer service, the pathetic excuse I got was that ******* should've charged me $90! Seriously? Im now going back to my doctor for new prescriptions just to get around their absurd rules and continue buying from local pharmacies. This business model is a complete rip-off, exploiting customers for profit. S**** your shady practices!A lot of the services we get through Aetna are actually cheaper if we just tell providers we dont have insurance. These co-insurance fees and yearly deductibles are a complete scam designed to help employers cut costs while draining our pockets. Its only a matter of time before people wake up to this fraud. The disruption is coming, and its going to knock these industry scammers off their pedestals. Were better off saving our own money and paying directly, rather than continuing to waste it on these insurance con artists

      I'd give them negative 1 millions stars.This is the MOST INCOMPETENT group of people I've ever worked with!!! It's been a month and a half of me trying to get them to sort out a prescription. Every time I call them, I either get different answers to the same questions, or they throw another piece of the jigsaw puzzle at me, or tell me to call one party or another. The poor **** who answer my calls are clueless. Today, after talking to them multiple times, I find that they're shipping the order at the wrong address, and the guy on the phone tells me that the shipping date is today, so he's not sure if he can fix the problem. His supervisor just put in a request to correct the shipping address, but she is also not sure if this will work. This is a $6000+ medication that my child needs by the end of this week, and I'm at the mercy of these idiots trying to figure out if they can ship it to me or not.These guys need to be investigated and put out of business. This is some third world country BS.
