My car was in an accident and I had to go to enterprise thru the other person insurance. They were paying for a specific price all while Enterprise not having that specific price range car available for me, they was charging me all along when I didn't know it. I asked the manager *** all this time was he changing the price and he kept saying yes but at the end of my 7 long months in a rental paying for my personal car note and insurance I got charged over $1000. oh and they gave me 2 rentals with no gas and still charged me for gas after I inquired about the no gas. They are a horrible company who do not follow up on calls. I had to cancel my surgery due to this. I am a ****** fan from here on out.

I went into the ********. ****, ** ****** today. I was not greeted when I walked in. Two employees walked around talking to each other right on the other side of the desk. Neither acknowledge me standing there. A couple walked in and were greeted immediately. When I was greeted and helped, I was told I had to pay the deposit and 20 days in advance. I explained that this was not what I was told when i made the reservation. I said my insurance is paying 80% and I was to pay the deposit only at this time. I went outside and called the 800 number. I was again told that because the rental was with an insurance claim I should only be paying a deposit. When I went back in and told the employ this, she said "it's okay if you don't have the money, I can just take the 20 day fee." She then went on and on about an audit she had next week.I have never felt so disrespected and devalued just trying to do business with a company.Luckily I had a great experience in the summer with the ********** ****** in ****, **. When my husband took me home (I did not get a car at the Queen *** ******** I called my insurance company and sent the claim to the **********. ******. I sincerely hope someone looks into the Queen *** ****** and how they treat customers.

********* ******** canceled my flight On Dec 26, then my rescheduled flight on Dec 29 was canceled. On Dec 26, ***** quoted a price of $171. I decided to wait but found out the next morning my Dec 29 flight was canceled too. I tried on line Enterprise on Dec. 27 to rent a car. They quoted me $504 per day.
      Price gouging! Shameful!
My friend drove 9 hours to pick me up And take me home. Enterprise took advantage of stranded people.

Terrible service. I had got in a accident in August 2022, (Not my fault) i had dropped my car off at the autobody shop Jan 3/2023. On Friday i called enterprise they said thank you we will send a car up to the autobody shop so its there for you as its coming into a long weekend.Of course to good to be true. I was getting a electric car as that is what i have now. They finally showed up and said there was a error on there end. of course there was they just forgot. Be honest people. The guy picked me up from the shop drove me to enterprise and took my info and said you can have this gas car and ill **** the tank and 3/4 full but its really half so you don't have to pay and you will have your electric car tomorrow. then he turned around and said that we need to charge your credit card 1000$. I laughed and said no he said its for 407 and tickets. ok but my car is in the shop and this is not my fault nor issue. he said you can have a gas one for 300$. Clearly he didn't understand I'm not paying anything out of my pocket even if I get the money back. They he drove me back and i don't have a rental car and he said his manager will contact me I'm still waiting my that call.. poor service.

Enterprise's business model is to list that all cars are available all of the time even when they have none. I was just caught up in the Southwest Airlines weather cancellations where about 2/3 of the flights were cancelled. Of course, after us searching for a long time to find the closest Enterprise to our hotel (that we were being bussed to, by an out of service Houston city bus because there were so many people stranded in the airport), Enterprise sent us a confirmation for our rental car. Great. We called in the morning to find they had no cars. What was even crazier was that we could have gone online and booked more and more cars with them... they don't stop the bookings and continue to list all of these cars that aren't available. The person that we talked to told us to call the airport and see if they had any. We called another location and they told us they would call us back in 20 minutes. They never did. Enterprise needs to look up the meaning of the word confirmation and change the emails to "we have received your request" or "submission". It is unacceptable in any industry I am aware of to send someone a "confirmation" of something that is completely and utterly unconfirmed. Imagine if stores didn't have an "out of stock" option, or every flight and hotel you booked wasn't really a booking...you had to show up at the location in order to find out if something was available. Just pack your bags, pay for an **** to get there and then just hope for the best. That is unacceptable. We ended up booking a bus to Dallas to then catch a flight. Of course, we would have booked a bus earlier, but we had a confirmation from Enterprise. Ironically enough, the bus ride was the easiest part of our entire trip. The bus went where it was suposed to go, when it was suposed to, and the seats I bought were actually "confirmed" when I booked them.

I rented a f150 and paid for upgrading to a suburban. Paid for road side assistance. Got a flat tire on the way to an appointment. Roadside left me stranded with no help. Sat in car for almost 4 hours on i95. Stranger fixed my tire. Missed appointments. Had to reschedule flight accommodations and extend rental. Enterprise options was relief was very poor for what they cause. Not sure why the car rental company became so poor in service in some areas.

If I could give zero stars I would.. I'll share my experience. DON'T GO WITH ENTERPRISE. They're roadside assistance doesn't assist until they're threatened with legal action. Got sideswipped by a semi coming home for Christmas and there was no spare.. they wouldn't bring us a spare. Called several times to get a tow and no one ever came. Had to drive to the nearest exit on on rim and then blamed me for the damage on the rim.. left my husband,, my 14 year old daughter and my 8 month old sick infant and I stranded on the side of the road and did nothing until they were threatened with laywer. I will never go with enterprise again.

Reserved a car two months ago to make sure we would have the right size vehicle since we would be driving with the entire family during the holiday season. The day of pick up, I called several times throughout the day to ensure that the car would be available for pick up. I even left a message for the manager to call me to confirm. I had No call back. When I arrived to pick up the car it was not there. Nobody called to inform us. Instead the manager asked me to start a new reservation at the airport location. Really? Me? After insisting he call himself, he tells me theres no cars anywhere and nothing he can do! There were three other people in the same boat as us! Horrible service!I gave one star because I wasnt able to write the review with a star!

Enterprise as a fraud. I booked a car from them continuously for over a year + rentals for work. They blocked my Enterprise Plus Platinum account without being able to give me a reason when I called them. My account has nearly **** unused reward points. If you rent from them and collect points, you may end ** in the same situation. @Enterprise, is this how you treat your platinum members? Too bad I can't give a 0 star rating or - rating!

Wish I could give 0! About a week ago we spoke and you said an adjuster should contact me within a day. This is the second time that I have received no response when I was told I would. I understand that I received a journal note email stating that weather may cause delay. I just want to say that there has been a bit of weather, but the roads have been clean and weve had plenty of good weather. I feel like Im being delayed unnecessarily and so Ive checked into my options. If I turn you in to the state regulator you may lose more than what you are currently responsible for. There are multiple other consequences that could take place especially with the established statement of the police report. I have done due diligence to meet your request. I have provided a quote for what the damage would cost me. I will be taking action in the next few days unless I received proper compensation in good timing. Thank you.
