      Giving 1 star because the loyalty department (Ebony) is rude, overbearing, interrupts, knows everything and is never wrong. This girl could benefit from a 6-month long customer service class. She just convinced me to never rent from enterprise again. Thanks ebony! You should work in a back room somewhere, away from the public.

      I rented a car at the Miami dade airport location. After sending me from the fourth floor to the first floor and back again they claimed that I threw my credit card at them which is not backed up by video camera. I ended up renting a car from another agency that cost me significantly more than my original rental. After calling customer service daily for a week I still have not received a return call or email.

      I'm the spouse of a Veteran who U*AA made a reservation at your location ******************************************************************************, # Y1M3Z8 on February 21, 2023. Want to report the bad and awful experience that we had with that branch, we already reported them also to U*AA because we don't want any other person or Veteran suffering this awful experience. We were drove to the location at 11:45am by ****** as soon as we enter the person in the counter ********************* said "why is ****** driver leaving you here we don't have any cars" (he didn't said Good morning how can I help you) he just blow over us that he didn't have any car do you see my lot? there's no car," what I respond ****** was kind enough to bring us here but our reservation isn't under ****** is with U*AA and they made it this morning. He kept with his actitud (like we were the ones that did something wrong). We ask could you check if you have any car in another branch? He answer NO, we ask how can you help us, he answer there is nothing I can do we don't have any car available. We answer let me call U*AA because someone has to help us. We went outside to make the call, while I was waiting for U*AA agent to check what happen I went back inside the employees were like they were out chilling didn't care for nobody. When finally at 1:45pm U*AA gave me a Reservation, I gave the number Y1L597 to him, he said this reservation isn't here its at the * Orange branch, okay I said can you call and confirm that they have cars available he answer NO, I can give you the number you have to call, (your supose to help your costumer) and on top of it when I ask him how are we going to get there he said call an Uber, what kind of costumer services is this. My husband just came out of a post surgical surgery and wanted to get home to rest. This stressful situation created an awful stressfull situation on him he got ansious and depress. The employees at branch ************************************************** has to be remember the importance in costumer services.

      Worst experience ever. Had reservations thru **** using that credit card, they charged 300 deposit on a compact car and when I returned at 12:00 when I was supposed to they were locking doors for weekend I would have had to keep and be charged for a weekend. I had just returned a 2023 Chrysler 300 to Thrift,using same card, no deposit and received paid full receipt from them at time of pickup,and it was 100$ less,I had to insist on paper receipt when I dropped this car off, no mention of my deposit.****** received an email receipt either. This was ***** ** Never again . Wish there was a minus star rating, not even deserving of 1

      2/22/2023 *********** ** LOCATION don't bother trying to rent a car there from them they wait till the last day to let you know in the late after noon that they don't have a car for you and your leaving at 6:00 am so now you need to call around and there know anther car rental around or open there. there and hour away each from where you live employees could care less and *********************** or what ever he is did nothing there not to be trusted but as you can see from these other reviews how bad they are i will post this every where on all review and in the neighborhood post so they know what to expect from a lousy car rental place that don't care about there customers they need to go away ??????

      Reserved vehicle from Enterprise. Went to pick up vehicle was told no vehicles were available. ***** allegedly called to confirm reservation. Did not leave message for us to confirm reservation. Poor communication

      I called to confirm my reservation, the enterprise number I called confirmed that at the location I was going to they would have a vehicle for me. (Reservation Number: ******) Location **** * ******* **** *** **** ******* ** *****. When I got to the location, they did not have a vehicle ready for me. They told me that even though I called Enterprise, that I called the wrong Enterprise because I spoke with an enterprise agent in a different country. They made it sound like it was my fault. They were not helpful in assisting me to find a car and the system overall is very broken. I had to pay $$ for an uber to the location and back and no one cared.

      Worst experience I have ever had. I heard from lots of other disappointed customers the day they arrive to get their rental vehicle, they have some excuse of why they don't have the car you asked for. I was needing a car for a family vacation, so thought if I ordered it well enough in advance, I wouldn't have the problem that others had. I rented it 9 months in advance and checked on it a month before my vacation, all good..but still checked again 2 weeks before, then the week before we needed to go, still all good..but the day of pick up...ohhh boy!! I worked on this vacation for 9 months, was taking my 86-year-old mom and 4 generations to ******** 50th.. So I rented an 8-passenger ***** Suburban. When we got there to pick it up, low and behold, as others have told me, they did not have my car..Oh but they could give us something else...a ****** of some sort...it wouldn't even hold a cooler, never mined 7 people and their luggage. I have no idea why they run a business like this but I can say one thing...Never Again will I use this company, and if you are smart you will STAY FAR AWAY FROM ENTERPRISE RENT A CAR FROM ******* *****!!!

      Really bad service. I reserved a rental car on the phone on 2/17 at their *************,** location. Enterprise confirmed the rental reservation. When I got to their office I was told no cars are available for this reservation. When I showed them the email confirmation, their customer service rep said they do not know what they (enterprise) are doing over the phone. Basically not their problem. I had to go elsewhere on a cold rainy winter day to find a rental.

      They are pathetic. My ****** truck rental NEVER RAN properly for the entire 5 months I had it. BEYOND PATHETIC & WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN for any future insurance claim. They are pure scammers !!!!!!!
