      Went to this racist location to pick up a car. Me and my wife we’re leaving town for my daughters graduation. These people almost screwed up our trip thank goodness for *****… I should’ve known by being in Gastonia, which is Trump country. Dealt with a very racist nasty guy named Josh, who claim he was the manager. This company doesn’t have respect or value of their customers.
      If you need a rental car, go to ******* are ***** they treat you like value customers…**** ********* ***** ********* ** *****

      Ive had THE WORST experience with Enterprise the last 2 times getting a rental vehicle through them. The 1st time I needed a car because of a car accident and totaling my vehicle. I had a reservation for a rental and when I showed up they had given the vehicle to the customer ahead of me. They said I had arrived late (by 15 minutes) and that there wasnt anything they could do, they didnt have any other vehicles and they had no idea when the next one would be available. The rental was ALREADY PAID FOR. My question to them was, why hadnt they called or something? I had literally just spoken to them an hour ago. So I was left having to go out and buy a vehicle that day. This time I was given a vehicle that end up having the check engine light come on and a warning about the coolant on my drive to work. I called the closest location and they swapped out the vehicle. I brought back the original rental with a full tank and was given a replacement with an empty tank of gas. The new once also wasnt cleaned yet. All that was fine because I was on my way to work, and the guy said it would be noted on the paperwork. Well, my paperwork has nothing about any of that on it so Im trying to to reach the branch I actually rented from to speak to them about my returning the vehicle and verifying that they have that the gas was on E and that I couldnt make it before close, hoping to be able to just drop it off, but cant get a single person on the phone. I sat for nearly 2 hours on hold and finally hung up. So now, I have to drive over there again when I ******* minutes from where I have to return the car. I have to again take time off of work, which is 1 hr and 45 min from the Enterprise locationso Im looking at 2 days of nearly 3 hour drive time that should have only been 1. I called customer service and the lady was rude, snarky and asked what exactly do you want me to do? The location is the one to address your issues. RIGHT, BUT THEY WONT ANSWER THE *********

      Not even a star deserved.says: ***************** made reservation under my name at ********** branch. When we showed up, they claimed no cars available, and its going to be 2-3 hours, but theyll call **. After 3 hours and no call, weve called the branch, and theyve told ** the car was waiting for us. We showed up, and theyve told ** the phone person made a mistake, and we are out of luck. We were NOT the only ones on that situation. Then the frond desk girl, very rude, says shes going to cancel our reservation. We told her NO, you will fulfill the contract. She cancel it anyway, then placed a derogatory ****** under my name , on their internal communication. Very very rude and unprofessional young person.

      I rented a car because someone had crashed into me, so my car was out for repair at ******* ********* in Hollywood. When my car was repaired and I went to Caliber to pick it up, I brought someone with me, so we could then drive the rental back to Enterprise on Hillhurst. Someone at Caliber told me just to leave the car there and they would get it back to Enterprise. I trusted he was correct and that Enterprise could trust Caliber, its agent. I knew I had minor damage to the front lip of the car, which I had documented with photos and a report at my office where I'd done this little damage, costing about $100. I also had a witness of the condition of the car when I brought it to Caliber.
      After I returned the car I got a notification from Enterprise that the rental had over $900 in damage!!! Obviously, this happened on Caliber's watch, but Enterprise wouldn't stand up for their agent, instead billing me for $900 and threatening to send the account to collections if I did not pay. I offered to pay for the damage I caused, in the full amount shown on their invoice (a little over $100) but they wouldn't accept that. They want to charge me $900. I don't know who is the bad guy-- Enterprise or Caliber. But it's not me. BE SURE TO TAKE PHOTOS OF THE CONDITION OF ANY CAR YOU LEAVE AT CALIBER BECAUSE ENTERPRISE WILL CHARGE YOU FOR DAMAGE THAT CALIBER WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR.

      Reserved a car online and received email and text confirmation. When we went in to pick it up at 8am when they opened the guy said sorry no cars are available at either of their locations. He claimed he tries to call but didn't. Had to miss important appointment because of the inconvenience. The guy was rude and dismissively said nothing he can do. I placed a call to their main customer service and didn't get any further claiming system error when I questioned why system would allow me to book if nothing was available

      Demeaning check-in process **************. You are asked to provide drivers license then afterwards you are asked to orally repeat Birth date which is clearly evident on the license. Yesterday I requested to speak with the manager on this issue and I refused to once again state my birth date. Manager then refused service. Process is demeaning as it indicates that Enterprise employees cannot read or that the customer is not trusted even with a valid driver license and credit card. **** does not have this process.

      I rented a car from the Cookeville,TN location. When I returned the vehicle they tried to charge me for gas and a smoking fee. When I asked why I was told it was smoked out. When I asked for an explanation the girl repeated herself. When I asked for a manager I was put on hold until I hung up. When I called back in the manager informed me she had already gave me the credit and would not be charging me for smoking yet still never gave me an explanation. They then informed me that a dent in the vehicle needed to be paid for. This dent that they wanted me to pay for was pointed out when I picked up the vehicle. Luckily I took pictures with time and date saved so they couldn’t try to stick me with these charges. When I tried speaking to the manager about the issue and about how the employee had suggested that I didn’t need to take the picture I ended up needing she was very rude and hateful. They made me mad enough that I went in person to show the pictures and prove they were wrong she got hateful again at the counter and then walked out and started doing a vehicle inspection while I was still in the office getting her bosses info. Her employee had to take over and help me after she walked out. ***** ***** is the managers name that was rude and was not helpful what so ever. I have been waiting on a call back from regional manager ******** ***** for almost a week now. If I did not have proof they would have pinned this on me. I won’t let them but don’t do business here! There’s ***** right down the road and I have never been treated this way when using them.

      Very bad experience. Confirmed my reservation 3 times, and they still left me stranded with no car. Their office was closed for the day. Their main corporate number had no solution, and could offer me no help. I will never use Enterprise again.

      I rented a vehicle in *********** that was having issues. Took to the Enterprise in ***** and was told that I would have to go to *********. There was no way that I could make that drive on my scheduled trip. They wanted to inconvenience me when in ***** I wanted someone to ********** the vehicle. Someone offered to tow the vehicle and have uber to bring me to ********* which I already explained my trip is scheduled and this not something that could take place. They should have had a vehicle driven to the area that I was close to so that I could change vehicles. ENTERPRISE IS SAD AND DOESN'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SAFETY. TERRIBLE SERVICE ... I WILL NOT RENT FROM THEM ANYMORE. MY MONEY CAN SPEND ANYWHERE. BEWARE PPL!

      2 weeks ago we had reservations for a SUV for vacation and everything went smooth and the lady that helped ** was great. She didnt hold ** long and everything went good, had the car for a week and came back and drop it off and didnt have any problems. Just told her to check the car because it was making so type of noise other than that the customer service was good and we will be back!!
