      My car was hit on 5/29, 5/30 I contacted my car insurance USAA, they told me they use enterprise tent a car, I went to the one located in **********************. They provided me with ********** outlander. It was dirty on outside and inside with half tank of gas. I was in a hurry had to pick up my toddler from school and they had no other car that was 3 row as I have 4 kids. When I left and was far I put on the ** and horrible odor came from the car I called them and told ****** he said I could come back however did not have a 3 row I asked if I could change at local enterprise as I live in *********** he said yes. I called several was unable to get through to anyone the next day I went to enterprise in ********** and they had no cars she told me she could give me a mustang which I cannot fit 4 kids in so I left. I called several that whole weekend located in ** nobody could give me a 3 row. They told me they would call me back never received a call. The car has locked my child in the car 3 times and I have had to climb in through the trunk explained this to them and corporate on 6/9/25 nobody called me back was told I would have someone call me to change my car. On 6/11/25 I called corporate again spoke with ***** he said someone would call me back no return call still waiting to change this car out and Im stuck with it bc I need to get to work. The sensor does not detect the key and its just so unsafe which I stated to everyone multiple times never again Im praying my car gets fixed asap I will never rent to this company again and feel I should be compensated for this junk of a car.

      Poor customer service! If I could give ********************** a zero for customer service, I would! Absolutely the most unprofessional and horrible customer service I have experienced at an ********************** Car Rental.I reserved a *** back in March for my vacation in May. You think I wouldnt have any issues; especially since I never had any issues with Enterprise. This location here in ************ has become terrible! They are rated a 3.8 and I read several reviews, and I noticed a pattern. You can have a reservation at this location and they dont care. This location has new management and staff and they are absolutely terrible in tracking reservations and what cars are actually on the lot. Sad part is I made my reservation through **************, which I will be contacting ************** about this location and tell them whats the purpose of making a reservation via ************** for vacations rental cars when Enterprise at ************ doesnt honor the reservation?What made me upset and feel unvalued as a customer is when I was told by one staff member they dont have the Kona I reserved, but told me I could upgrade to a pickup truck or down size to a Camry. I was hot because they wasted my time knowing that the Kona wasnt on the lot, but asking me to drive a pickup truck or down size to a car without knowing why I needed a *** is just poor customer service!!!! The Camry was way too small for the amount of luggage I had and I dont drive pickup trucks. The sad part is the manager tried to gaslight me??! He asked me was everything ok, I responded and said you wasted my time knowing the Kona *** wasnt on the lot. He gaslighted and said the *** is getting ready right now, and then I pointed to the other staff member and said he just told me yall dont have the Kona on the lot. The manager gaslighted me again and said the *** is getting ready right now, but we are giving you other options. I didnt want options, I wanted the car I reserved!

      Rented a car for my first time in early 2023. I had to rent a car to be able to get back and forth from work while my car was at the mechanic for roughly 2 weeks. This was again my first time renting a car. I was not shown the vehicle or was given a "walk around" to confirm the vehicles condition before they gave me the keys and let me be on my way. The Chrysler Pacifica van that they rented out was also covered in salt thay was probably from the roads as it was mid winter. I did not think much of this as I thought this is just what they did. Upon the vehicles return, a manager was checking out the vehicle and asked me about a dent that was found on the bottom skirt of the van. I was not aware of this dent on the van and would have absolutely no idea where or when this would have occurred during the time that I used the vehicle. I went over how I was given the car with the manager and he claimed that the way in which they gave me the vehicle was not right. He said he would look into the case and that I probably would not have to worry about this issue because they neglected to properly show me the vehicle, proving that it was dent free before lending it to me. I'm very frustrated as they billed me for about 1000 and banned me from renting through them and who i would imagine to be sister companies. I wish I wouldnt known this would have happened so I could've saved myself from this nonsense.

      It seems like they are making reservation bookings for cars that dont exist! This should be an illegal practice. I had a reservation for a luxury car rental at Enterprise branch in ********. They made me wait over one hour only to tell me nothing was available. They tried to offer me vehicles of lesser class than I had reserved for. At the end, I had them shuttle me home and now I do not have a rental for the weekend. Unacceptable to waste my time and come up flat empty. ***** *. Is the branch manager and this shop needs to get in order, especially since this happened to me 7 years ago at the same location. Something systemically broken is happening and customers are paying the price and employees just dont care.

      Enterprise refused to rent me a car at any branch location because I cursed over the phone when I was upset because they broke their contract by not having a vehicle available for me. They called me the day before the appointment to verify and still didnt have a vehicle for me the next day, which was Thursday then they told me to wait until Tuesday because of Memorial Day and it was barely Thursday. You cant make this up. So they refusedto rent me a car on Thursday the 29th of May becauseI cursed over the phone. Unacceptable. I will be looking to sue them for not honoring the insurance rental and refusing to rent me a vehicle which is part of the contract.

      They are claiming, I did damage to their car which looks like wear and tear or them doing the damage when moving it. It is the back rear fender only. Less than 2 inches. The didn't notify me at all. I received an email that looked like scam, from @*******. The email had no body message to it, it just said damage and claim #. I had no Idea that any damage was done or that it was already fixed. They sent me an invoice for the charges without asking me about the damages first. They never called me ,I only have one voicemail which seemed like scam because it came from a number from *******, they said no context but a claim number. Their emails about a claim seemed like scam in=t had no context but an attachment which looked like malware, and I was scared to open until I received a voicemail with the same claim number on the email. I put two and two together which many people won't do because of so many scams out there and they threatened me with me with collections if I didn't pay or claim it on my insurance. I wasn't aware about this the main office never contacted me they looked around the car and even returned my deposit right away without mentioning any damages. I wasn't contacted until weeks later by an email that looked like scam with just an attachment. They are making claim after over a week of having the car back. Make it make sense. They are trying to take advantage of me for being a woman. I feel discriminated and will legal action.

      I have had issue from the start with enterprise rental car. They corrected the issue. I returned the car and the representative told me I will get an email receipt that was at 7:30am. I checked all day and I had no receipt. I tried contacting them when I got off of work. I was on hold for 30 minutes only for them to hang up on me. I called back and they had me on hold for another 30 minutes without picking up. The Enterprise Rental car on *. ********* is horrible.

      I am writing to express my continued disappointment with the unresolved issue regarding the CarPlay functionality in the vehicle I rented from your company.I have called twice to report that CarPlay is not working with the car I was provided. On both occasions, I was assured by your agents that someone would follow up with me. However, I have not received any communication or support since then.This lack of response is extremely frustrating and reflects poorly on your commitment to customer satisfaction. I would appreciate it if this matter could be addressed immediately and a resolution providedwhether it be a working replacement vehicle or clear instructions on how to resolve the issue.Please contact me as soon as possible

      This enterprise location does not care about:1. Your time - our car was not ready at the pickup time. We were told, oh it will be ready in 5 minutes! About 27 times resulting in us waiting for over an hour.2. Your safety - despite waiting an hour, the inside of the car had crusty c*** all in the driver controls and seats, and the main rear view mirror was dangling by a thread from the windshield, unable to be adjusted.3. Your sanity - after waiting an hour, the lovely staff at enterprise asked me if Id still take the car if they could tape the mirror in ******** essentially the brilliant people at this location could care less of their pathetic vehicle caused injury to my entire family.What a joke.
