Wow, just received a call from Enterprise -******, ** on Daybrite Drive that they have overbooked and they will not have a vehicle to accommodate my reservation. ??? How does that occur? Is there not verification in the system when reserving online that informs the customer of vehicle availability? She informed me that she will call me at 10:30 to let me know if one showed up. That doesn't work for me. I have definite plans so I require a definite YES. I haven't rented from this Enterprise since prior to COVID, services everywhere seem to be **** poor now. I don't think I'll choose this site for a rental again. Inconvenience and inconsistency yields less customers returning. I haven't had this issue with other rental competitors; more than likely, I'll be choosing one of the others. After reading these other reviews, shut the entire place downretrainreorganizereopen with BETTER service!

We booked a vehicle online. We called our local number to verify there was a vehicle - but the call got re-routed to an international car center. When we arrived at the airport, there were no vehicles available. Why does the booking system allow customers to book if there is no inventory? Why can't I call the local branch? Why does the international call center assure the customer that they can see inventory if there are no vehicles available? This is the worst customer service - from a national brand. It is shameful.

I was charged for an additional day when I turned my car in and dropped off the keys on time. I'm on camera dropping the keys off on time. When I called the ************ they gave me the run around and tried to put the blame on another branch, when it was in fact their fault. I was not given any notice of this charge by email or otherwise. Had I not seen the charge on my card I wouldn't have known. Still waiting on resolution.

I have rented with Enterprise in the past and had no issues but this time was an absolute nightmare and enterprise was beyond unhelpful. The car they gave me was a 2021 with 62k miles which wouldnt have been an issue in and of itself but I quickly learned the tire tread was on the line of acceptable. The front tread was lower than the back tread and it was a FWD vehicle. My first issue was when it was raining and the front tires lost traction, causing the car the spin out and go into the ditch. I am in nursing school so I had to be at the hospital from 7a-7p every day and couldnt go to an Enterprise location to switch the car out. Enterprise refused to bring a vehicle to me to switch out. So I drove it all week. Then on my drive home, the back tire blew while on the freeway. It was 11pm at night, enterprise took 2.5 hours to tell me they couldnt find anyone to come out and help swap the tire out so I had to call a third party tow company to come help me. 3 hours later I was able to drive to the next big thing own, I had to get a hotel for the night because I couldnt drive more than 50 miles on the spare and still had 170 to go. The next morning, I called Enterprise and they once again refused to meet me at the hotel to swap the vehicle out. They sent me to an Enterprise location 3 miles away and when I got there they said they only had dirty cars so I had to go to a different location. It took 2 hours at this next location to get a vehicle because they made me file a claim before theyd swap the vehicle out, even though their car was the issue. I am pregnant, traveling alone, and enterprise was beyond terrible to deal with. Offering absolutely no assistance for any of the issues I encountered along the way. This is the last time I will be using Enterprise and I highly advise others to consider what they will do if they encounter issues with their rental because Enterprise will leave you to fend for yourself.

Do not rent cars from this company. I rented at *** and was told I could ad LD a driver at any time by going to any one of the local offices. I went to one and after being denied and talking to manager i was told it was not possible. Essentially they said that agent at airport had lied to me. Several calls later and after spending more than 2 hours trying, which included at least another 3 phone calls where I was given conflicting information, I was able to achieve the addition. All agents were courteous, but unfortunately misinformed or unqualified. I think the fault is at the companys higher level of management and organization. Do not rent cars from this company.

If you are using a debit card, their requirements are unreasonable. They are requesting a Declaration page and there is none available on *****'s website.

My car was recently totaled in an accident that was not my fault. The other driver's insurance said they would pay for a rental for me. I can't get a rental without a $50 deposit (not the problem) secured with a debit or credit card that is not considered "prepaid". I have more than sufficient funds in my "prepaid" account to secure the deposit. Now my car is totaled through no fault of my own and I can't get a rental because they won't take my "prepay" debit card. If the funds are there, what is the problem?!?

I rented a car in may. After my first week, I was told my car was not ready. I called weekly to keep the rental. When I return the car, the enterprise worker returned my deposit as a credit card and not my debit card. After calling the local branch speaking with the manage, he sent email to billing for it to be corrected. He stated to give it 2 days. I called back 5 days later and he got upset with me about my money. We called my bank together and went over all my charges from enterprise with no refund. He stated then he would fix the problem. I called him back 3 days later, he never would return my calls. I have started calling the cs line to keep getting the run around. The manager no longer works for the company and he changed my rental agreement to charge me daily instead of weekly and still has not received my deposit back. I just want my money. And I am an enterprise rewards member like that matters. Im tired and frustrated.

This company is absolutely the worst! Get a confirmation online got my confirmation email my confirmation number confirmed picking up today and 8:00 I get there at 8:00 they have two cars and 27 reservations for now I'm stranded into town with no transportation no place to stay and they're telling me the reservations are a week out now for cars The reservation system supposedly looks at inventory at time of rental at the time of your reservation not at the time you picked up it doesn't lock it in. Not fair to do to consumer you want their money but yet you can't treat them fear to get them in a car I ended up having to walk back 5 mi to where my stuff was and get an **** to the bus station the next day in order to get home. If I had the power this company would definitely be put out of business!

rented a car at the *********** location. Firstly, I was given a car with only 1/8 of a tank of gas and told I could return it with the same which was unacceptable to me. Then I was told they would fill it up 1/2 tank and I could bring it back the same, which was still unacceptable. I was finally given a car with a full tank after waiting more than 20 minutes extra. I declined all extras including insurances, but I noticed they added extra daily insurance after I left the facility without my knowledge or permission. I will dispute this charge as it is a fraudulent unauthorized charge by Enterprise. Terrible service, terrible and shady business practices.
