I have received numerous scam call from this company trying to swell me an extended warranty on my 2021 CR-V. They have an incorrect name associated with my vehicle, and I already hae an extended warranty bought when the vehicle was purchased new. I received a mailer from this company, with no return address. No email to contact them, only a phone number, ************. It had a deadline for June 30 and the mailer said "Immediate Response to this note is required." I had just bought a car a week before. It looks like it came from the dealership, it has the dealership name on it. They said that the factory warranty was expiring. When I called the man was abusive and intimidating. I was taken off guard and buckled, and provided them my credit card number. I put $495.00 on my credit card and additional payments each month. I called my credit card company and told them not to process the charge. When I tried to call back and cancel with the company, I could not get through the phone system, for two days.Initial Complaint

They are extremely unprofessional. I was going to take out the warranty for my car then decided I wanted to cancel before the cancellation period ended. They took the initial payment and then the first down payment. When I called to cancel, well before my cancellation period ended, he argued with me on the phone because I wanted to cancel Do finally I filled out the cancellation page and waited for a call back from them to confirm my cancellation and nothing happened. I sent the cancellation page they requested in December. This back and forth has been going on since then. They never call I needed the refund back because I am on a fixed income and cannot afford the payment which is why I decided to cancel in the first place. I sent another letter and then called again. He finally said well he needed more information I sent in everything he needed. So I called him today and he said received it but told me that now it was too late and there was nothing he could do. I waited for months for my subscription to be cancelled and now they are refusing me after I sent in everything they requested.Initial Complaint

Motor Vehicle Services continues to fill my small mail box with spam mail absolutely unwanted, unrequested. They obtained my personal data right after I registered my car. Also indicates bad business behavior. I believe they also sell or rent my data to other companies.After waiting a long time to speak with a representative, they hung up after I asked for my data to be removed from their system. Several times. EGV company **** phone number is 8662904644MO ************ sold my husband who is 81 years old a policy for $395. Total policy is $2793. Its an added warrantee that I dont need, when trying to cancel it, they told me to write down all the information and the Vin number, mileage number, etc. etc. and asking to refund my money of $395 That they took out of my credit card .They told me to send a certified letter which I did to ****** dealership in my area, ******** ******* Address is ********************************************************************************* I went over there. They said they had not received the certified letter that I had to pay $12 to send. But it doesnt matter because this is a third party business, and they have nothing to do with them. ************ is a fraud, and if anybody takes out a policy with them they will be sorry. I asked the ****** place if they ever heard of them and they said no I will try again on Monday to see if they will give me my 395 back. I doubt it but I will try. The above-listed highlighted name
& address is not affiliated with Lariat Automotive Group. The above consumer ********** ******* contacted us on May 1, 2023, to inquire
about coverage on a notice she received. We informed her on May 1, 2023, we
would not be able to initiate coverage with her due to her currently needing a
repair that happened before May 1, 2023. We informed her and her repair
facility we do not cover pre-existing conditions. ********** ******* was
never a customer of ours. She is asking for us to cover a vehicle she also
never paid us to have coverage on due to again, not being able to cover
pre-existing repairs.
I have attached her “created”
file which is 50% not completed due to no coverage being offered at the time of
her request because her vehicle was in the shop. She proceeded to have her shop
call us to initiate a claim to cover her vehicle and is now filing a complaint
with the BBB against us for not covering her car. We will not be covering her
vehicle. I have also attached a copy of the notes in her file of the 3 calls stating
to her and her repair facility we are unable to cover her vehicle and why.
This complaint is completely unwarranted
and unfair as she is and never was a customer with our company. If you have any

I bought a new car recently at ****** it has a Warranty. These guys at Motor Vehicle Services (EVG Companies) were sending me mail via ** *************** Telling me I need to respond to the letters or my factory warranty is going to expire and have to pay out of pocket. If I have problems with my car. I believed this because I just bought the car recently. And when I spoke with them they insisted that ****** the dealership where I bought my car. The warranty was over priced and that ****** solely does it out of commission. They also said that they have a better offer then ****** and I would pay less and save about $2000 if I go through Motor Vehicle Services. I did they convinced me and I sent them the down payment of $495. And almost give them $200 a month for a year too. *** , My wife convinced me not too. So , I stopped at just making the down payment of $495. I didnt go further. But, I tried to tell them to cancel it. And they give me a hard time. They refused and were rude and disrespectful. Supposedly the owners name is *******************. He goes by *****. I received a letter in the mail to get a extended maintenance agreement on my 2020Toyato Camry.I bought the car in June of 2020 and the warrenty had expired. Being 80 years old I thought I need to take care of my car. I called the phone number on the letter and ***** explained all the great things that the warrenty would cover. It sounded good and I thought they were a reputable company. I gave him my credit card number because he said if I didnt get the deal right then it would not be good the next day. I was having many family problems with one daughter going through Cancer treatments and a Son going through triple bypass surgery, so I thought I better go ahead and get the agreement. I have been paying $199.83 since January of 2023 to PayLink. The first payment was made over the phone to *****. Since then the payments come directly out of my checking account. I misplaced all the info that was sent to me through Motor Vehicle Service during all my troubles. I needed to get my oil changed and called them to send a replacement card and was told to go online to get it. I begin to think I might have been scammed when I could not find the company name on the internet. That is when I called the BBB and found out they had multiple complaints against them. They were operating under the name Auto Plex Extended Services. The lady at BBB read me a letter that sounded like the one I received from them. I would my contract canceled and my money returned if possible, so I could purchase a legitimate warrenty. Thank you for your help. The initial date of transaction was on 1/5/23. I had purchased an extended warranty. The agent gave me the impression that I was dealing with a Kia representative. When tried to cancel because of this they were very rude and talked me into a lower payment of $129. when they payment was charged to my account it was for $227.32 with is more than the agreed amount and was not authorized by me to take that payment. I have contacted them repeatedly over several days and finally talked to someone today 2/22/23. After going back and forth with them they finally agreed to cancel plan but gave me no documentation or e-mail verification.
