      Received mailer that appeared to come from my dealer, I knew something was up as I had purchased the extended warranty directly from the dealer and Toyota.

      It was clear that the agents are extremely rude, argumentative, and have no intention of letting you talk, or talk to a supervisor or manager.

      Even though they seemed to imply they were somehow connected with the dealer/Toyota, it was clear after reading, the very small print, that they have nothing at all to do with Toyota, and honestly, I don’t feel they should be doing business like they are.

      Disappointing that any company remains in business with a total lack of sincerity to right and wrong.

      I sent in the cancellation page, a picture of mileage of the odometer reading and a picture of the vin. The policy was cancelled in their system on 11/8/22. The mileage at the beginning of the contract which is attached is ******. which was an estimated from my husband. The truck did not move for 3 months. The mileage I sent in was ******* which was the picture of the odometer reading. I received a check for ******. We paid a down payment of ****** and 3 payments of ****** for a total of *******. Since i live in ******* my cancelation fee states on page 17 of 18 should be $25.00. And it would either go by mileage or number of days the policy was enforced. Since there was no mileage I should have to pay a prorated days which is start date of 8/3/22 and end date was 11/8/22. Which is 97 days @ (**** days divided by total amount of policy $2893 which is **************** per day times 97 days which equals $******07228915663. So if i take the ****** plus the $25.00 cancelation fee i get a refund of $915.81.I called in on 12/7 and spoke to a manager and he stated that i paid a ***** cancellation fee and the mileage was entered as ****** and the refund was final and there was nothing i could do about it. I advised him that the mileage was entered incorrectly and the cancellation fee was wrong. He stated again he would not argue with me the refund was final and there was nothing I could do about it. I tried to tell him but he stated the refund would not be changed it is final. I want my refund $338.94 per the proof I sent them and they are refusing to honor their own contract.This is a farm truck, it is only used for farming. It is not a recreational vehicle. My husband has 2 other trucks and I have a truck that we use for personal use. When the agent called us we told him this. The truck usually does not move unless for farming, transporting cattle and tractors. When the agent called us the mileage showed in his system was a little over ******.

      Received mailer with information regarding my new vehicle warranty and service contract.This company is trying to sell me additional services.I called to be removed from their mailing list and was lied to and laughed at by the person on the phone.He tried to represent himself as the person who does all my warranty and service contract.All I want is to be removed from their mailing list.

      I bought a ****** at the dealership on ************** in ********* ** on September 3, 2022. I soon starting getting extended warranty notices from Motor Vehicle Services telling me my vehicle warranty had almost expired and I was at high risk of Pre existing electrical or mechanical issues. On October 24 I called them and was told they were selling an extended warranty that would cover all repairs for an extra 5 years. I knew ****** covers the first 2 years so I thought this would be nice. They said it would cover everything that could happen to the car. I paid d them $2493.00 on the 24 for the extended warranty. I got my car papers out to file them and found I had bought extended coverage at the dealership when I bought the car. I had forgotten I had. I starting calling Motor Vehicle Services on November 9th-15. A few times a day. Each time you are put on hold for 4 minutes and then they announce you can leave a message that someone will call back. I got tried of waiting and kept trying numbers until I finally got someone on the line. I told ************** wanted to cancel my coverage with them that I had forgotten I bought extended warranty at the dealership. He immediately got hostile telling me why would I trust an independent company. They couldnt be trusted on and on. Every time I tried to say something he would talk over me. I tried numerous times to see how I could cancel the Motor Vehicle Services plan and was talked over and argued why would I want to do that. I tried and tried to get my question answered and he kept arguing. I finally hung up. The berating was way over the top.I want my money back. I want this company blackballed. I have never encountered such horrible business practices,

      I want to thank you for your help and to let you know Motor Vehicles repaid the full amount on the 17th.  I was surprised.  After talking to my ****** dealer because all the paperwork sent sent by Motor Vehicle Services has their name and address on it.  Several people who work for my dealer said they had nothing to do with them.  I also looked at the complaints and every one of them was exactly like mine.

      This company contacted me in September and told me that my Vehicle Warranty expired. And because I believed this company I gave them my credit card information to renew my warranty. However because I was skeptical I went down to Kia ********** who advised my warranty does not expire for three more years and that I did not need to get the warranty Motor Vehicle Services waz offering. Upset, I then called the called Motor Vehicle Services to cancel. On the first call I was told no refund at all unless I send a certified letter. On October 13 2022 I sent a certified letter requesting cancelation. My granddaughter called back on 10/20/2022 and ***** advised me that I did not send the book. And I needed to send the book signed on the last page and write the mileage on the front of the Book specifically. I then mailed the book with mileage on 10/27/2022. My granddaughter called again on November 4 2022 and **** advised it was not canceled because the milage was not in a letter. We asked to speak to a supervisor and **** directly said NO he was more than capable of telling us what was needed and that a refund would be prorated back to when all information was obtained. My problem is I'm on a limited income and I feel this company specifically targeted me because of my age and now is refusing to refund and cancel the contract.

      They send me unsolicited mail about extending my vehicle's warranty.
