    While I am new to Dot Com Products, I thought it was an interesting concept and so many offers.I did order a lightbulb camera and then canceled my order when I found the same product for $6.95 as opposed to their charge of $69.95!!! This has got to be a scam and for sure a total ripoff. Not sure if my cancel went through but will debate with my CC if I do get charged.

    I like being able to see when a package is dropped off or if someone is at your door. You can tell them that your coming.

    So far its fine, but you have to purchase different things to get the full experience. Ill let you know after purchases made, if its something I would do again or recommend

    I couldnt get it to work. The motion detector didnt work. I rebooted it several times and it never worked properly. I dont recommend it.

    Still waiting. Ordered on 12 16 2023 keep getting no where with them telling me when it ships ill getting a tracking number. Nothing is happening with my order.

    On Oct. 11,2023 I suckered in on the lightbulb camera scam and ordered 6 bulb and 6 sim cards. I tried to install the bulbs but the Wi-Fi would not recognize the bulbs. I ask for a refund by phone and after multiple phone calls, I was told that $227 would be refunded to my CC and the rest would be refunded when they received the product back at the address given to me. That was 11/16/23, I sent the product back as Dot Com said on 11/17/23 and waited. I never received a refund. On 12/27/23 I went to my bank and filed a claim thru my CC. On 12/29/23 I received a refund of $341.05. At this point I don't know if the refund came from Dot Com or my credit card. My advice to everyone is if you see Doc Com Products, *** RUN LIKE H*** ************ is nothing more than a rip-off. The *** is a lair and a cheat.

    I wish I never encountered this business or whatever they are. What a nightmare. I was attracted to ordering the socket camera. The site requested for a form of payment. Entered my PayPal info, Then there were these upsell one after the other. It annoyed me so I just closed the site, WITHOUT reviewing a summary or pressing submit. Next thing I knew, I received an email from PayPal about my "purchase." I contacted PayPal and Dot Com immediately. That's the beginning of this incredulous bad dream, Because of this, I now refuse to order anywhere else than A~Z. Sickening ****** learned!

    I Never received order. I think its a scam. Ordered way before Christmas 2 weeks. Promised to have by Christmas. 12/27 and still no order.
