    This company is a rip, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM....SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!I would give them NO STARS.... but had to give 1 star or they would not post my review!!!!!!!ZERO STARS TO THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!

    If I could give a zero I would. Waited for product too long and after reading and seeing all the hype, WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT! Do not believe anything they say. Vacuum was manufactured in ***** not the U.S. Then it says return in 60 days if unsatisfied but that will cost you return shipping as they dont pay. So, Im out $18 and never used this piece of garbage sold as EZ Pro Stay away!

    Dotcom Products definitely scams alot of people. I was told to keep the 3 light socket security camera's I ordered (even though I wanted to know where to return them for a refund) and the company would reimburse me 25% ($26.32) of my $105.32. over the course of the past 5 weeks I've called 4X and each time was told my refund would soon be credited back to my credit card. I've also emailed Dotcom 6X never receiving an answer. I've emailed a co-owner (*************************) and "no response". Now when I call or email my efforts are "blocked".A Class Action Lawsuit needs to be filed against this scam company. DO NOT do business with them! Liars/Thieves!

    The cameras are poor quality. I got 6 just to find 2 that would work. After numerous installs, 2 are working with the others having loose parts inside. I'll see how long it lasts.The customer service people promised to refund my money in a gift card. We'll see.

    I bought 4 'security' cameras. I got them and they sort of work......I guess...Stay away. Stay far away, unless you like throwing your money into the nearest dumpster fire.You get what you pay for, and you are NOT saving money buying from companies like this. Upsell, upsell, upsell and then conveniently 'forget' to mention that a subscription to a Chinese web host will be required to actually make use of your security cameras. I don't know about others, but I am not dumb enough to upload my security footage and information to a known Chinese server farm. WTF. So, I threw them in the trash.I won't buy anything from these people ever again.

    This company is completely phony - scam artists! Ordered a "EZVac Pro Portable Vacuum" for $64.99. Received a ********************** Vacuum Cleaner" that is a complete and total piece of c*** I found the exact ********** for $16.94. I've tried to call over 10 times to request the company pay for return shipping due to their deceptive practices and each time my call is disconnected. Won't hold my breath on a refund but will request one. This won't be the last they hear from me if it is declined.
