    After reading the dotcom reviews, I was happy that I did not order this product. I do have a solution for all of you. The company should give a refund Due to any reason and include free shipping to and from. Just absorbed an X amount of shipping into the cost of the product itself and sell it at a higher price. The company itself should be a servicecompany; something like ****. It appears that one cant do without the other. So I suggest to the owner of this company to do just that and then people will not be so surprised. It is a shame that we have to go to *** Better Business Bureau (BBB) to file a complaint, but you must ask yourself, Is there any follow up on anything in this country anymore? The worlds gone mad and the US is leading the show by setting the awful examples. If businesses could stay in ******* and were not pushed out to a foreign country to save money tax wise, then we wouldnt be in this position of dealing with imports. We used to be self-sustaining. Thieves are successful when there are no repercussions, Shame on us. Whats happened to ******* anyway? For all the false ads and lies for a product, there should be restrictions and follow *** and there should be penalties, like they used to be in this country. I think we should all take a deep breath and start being grateful for the fact that we are alive and we have all of our limbs and we are able to function since Covid and a vaccine thats not a vaccine. Happy you dont have my two year long Covid I would rather die than live through it. More Govt induced suffering coming people, so get your priorities straight and start preparing for major blackouts and more Covid and more vax being pushed down our throats. Think ahead. Focus on protecting your family and having a supply of food and water for at least a month. Get a solar powered generator and dont sweat the small stuff.

    My camera will not rotate unless I turn on power off and then on. What a was waste a money. It will turn on. I tried to set up 5 times.

    I just bought 4 cameras for my son's and for myself and my husband. I don't remember seeing anywhere that I needed to order an SD card. I tried setting up our camera for over an hour with no luck. "Can't connect to wifi". I have reset 3 times, rebooted my phone and internet connection. This is a large disappointment and I also bought a protection plan. Some of the instructions aren't clear either. What a waste of money. False advertising.

    I ordered without doing any research after I read reviews I canceled my order I was as refunded my money right away no problems. I only canceled my order because of all the negative reviews. I really wanted the light bulb camera but never gave it a chance **** I did the right thing

    Dot com products fraudulently signed me up for a $19.85 subscription without my knowledge or authorization. Caused major inconvenience when fraud alerted on **** card, investigation ensued and card had to be cancelled and replaced.

    Beware dot com cameras Worst product and awful customer service. dot com company is made up of lies and just here to steal your money!!! Dont make the mistake I did with the hype they work. They DO Not!! And company wont stand behind their piece of garbage product or REFUND!Do better dot com

    These people are fraudulent and a scam. I could not install the app without giving them my credit card number. Says first 5 days are free and after that they charge your card $39.95 monthly. This company is a fraud and scam operation.

    I wish could give negative rating.The product doesnt work and if asked to return , no shipping label is provided.Spent $70 for this faulty product another $35 to return to get back my refund.So miserable service.
