    I should have read reviews before buying. A glitch on the order screen prompted my fraud alert to decline the 3 year "warranty" charges. I was paying with Paypal like I normally do for this type of thing. I called to find out what was happening and after a 5 min hold I was connected with someone who was not good at speaking English. I told him I couldn't purchase the warranty online and he said he'd need my CC for that and that seemed strange, so I said "just cancel the whole order then" because now I had a really bad feeling I was being scammed. He seemed mad, but SAID he would cancel it. Then I went on Paypal to see what I could do about the other charges for the actual products and it showed I had signed up for re-occurring charges that is not mentioned anywhere in the advertisement!! Promptly cancelled that too!!! I gave it a few hours to receive my cancellation email, but it never came so I called again. I'm giving an extra star for the girl ***** who answered their telephone number for promptly cancelling my order and refunding my card. Thats the only positive I can say about this experience. I'm not sure what this company is about, but the red flags were hard to ignore. I feel like the actual company and the people who do the warranty are two separate entities?? IDK? Was looking forward to the cool security cameras too, but I don't have money to waste. I'm just glad I trusted my gut!
