    I have not received products CT from this company that I've paid for over a month ago. Now they are screwing me around at their customer service. Telling me they cannot issue a refund if I don't send the product back. I never asked for a refund, I wanted the product but now they've made this great catch 22 for themselves by telling me in every email they cannot refund with our product being returned. I have emailed them everytime to say I have no product. It feels like a strategy they are using to avoid really helping me.

    Be careful about this online company. I was told the Solar light that I bought online can be shipped in 1 to 3 business days, while I have not received it after more than two weeks. And the price is more than 100% higher than ******.

    This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have a defective camera with no support to get it working. No one has ever answered the phone in customer service. I hung up and really called back to speak with technical support only to be told I would need to be transferred to customer service, but, at least, it wasn't a long wait.

    DO NOT PURCHASE from this company. They do not allow you to return items. I purchased 3 light bulb cameras. I wanted to return 2, unused in the original packing since you cannot use your outlet anymore for lighting anything. They said unless it was damaged or not working I cannot return. So basically you have to damage it to return it - unbelievable. I have not heard of any company that does not allow you to return an unopened, perfect condition item. Wish I could give 0 stars.

    I ordered a product from these people. Ive been waiting three weeks and no package. I believe they are fraudulent and Im just going to turn it over to the fraud department at my bank.

    I ordered three of these cameras. The add said they were military quality. Far from the truth. The cameras arrived in a small box with no packing. The memory cards were just put on top inside the box. As I set up the cameras two did not work at all. And only one worked. I was tricked into buying the cloud feature that I did not want. They are plastic junk cameras! I called Dotcom and a person who could not speak correct English answered the phone. He told me they dont pay for return shipping. And if these were a sale item I could not get my money back. I paid $188 for the three plus three memory cards. I *********** them back with pictures of how they came in the box. I fully intend on getting a refund and if I dont I will file with the better business people. Dont buy these cameras! Its a ripoff.

    This company does not deserve ANY stars! The light bulb camera did not work. I ordered 2 of them at $87.90, and paid $17 to mail them back. After a month, I called to check if they were going to give me credit for the return. They denied sending them to me, or charging my credit card. They claimed they didnt have my address or phone number. **** tracking showed it delivered to their front desk. I filed a dispute with the card company, but ** still out the return shipping. Do not order from this company. They are a total scam!

    CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESN'T EXIST.have had 2 of the 4 units bought from them replaced. These 2 failed.absolutlely no customer service.
