    got robbed by them as well with the lightbulb camera. where the h*** can I call them to turn the **** thing off they just keep charging me monthly

    DotCom Products is clearly an organized high scale scamming operation. My story is much like most of the others on this site. Multiple fraudulent charges. Products not delivered. Unkept promises from customer service. Look at the four and five star reviews on this site, even those are obviously fake.

    Do not use this company. Ordered 6 zippy phone chargers Dec. 20. Did not receive for Christmas. I called to cancel. The representative offered 40% off. I accepted the discount.Did not receive the product. Called and was told the order was cancelled. This representative states "I will send them at 100% off and free shipping". Did not receive order. I called. *******. stated "the order is being shipped today".Did not receive order. I called back. I was told the product was out of stock.Called today. *** told they could not find my account.Called back for another reps. *** told she could only offer me the 40% discount. I said that I was told 100%. She refused.I was given a customer service number. They said "the ******************** will be sent today". I think this is a lie, just all of my other calls. I never expect to get the product.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS.

    I purchased these light cameras as a gift. Once we found out that these do not work through the app that it is supposed to work with, I requested to return the products, 3 light camera's. As of January ****, the company, DotCom did not renew their subscription for their customers to access their footage. They now say that the customer needs to use iCloud which defeats the purpose of buying these light cameras. I have called many, many, many times to no avail as they want me to pay for the shipping back to their warehouse before refunding me my money. I should not have to pay a dime for a products useability being changed to no fault of mine. I have asked many times to speak with a supervisor or someone with higher authority and been told they will have someone call me back, which NEVER has happened. It has been 2.5 weeks of me chasing them all the time. I called again a few minutes ago and eventually was hung up on. Sadly, I never even thought about looking them up on the BBB information, wish I did. As it stands, I am still trying to deal with this horrible circumstances to get my full refund to get this product. This is a company that clearly doesn't hold themselves accountable for anything. Very unimpressed. Oh, I only gave them 1 star and they don't even deserve that but am unable to leave 0 stars.

    I got three cameras working ? But not as was led to believe. They block out most of the screens with a constant PUSH!! display to force!!! the user to pay for their cloud service. You can not get rid of it. Even though I have local SD memory, you need! their cloud service to get video info on the alerts. The cameras do work ok with very clever features but you must pay for their cloud if you want to use them. Totally feel cheated.Do trust them to pry more money out of you.

    This company has fraudulent activities.The order process (through ********* asked if I wanted to double my order of Fast Chargers. I pressed NO. Then it asked if I wanted shipping assurance - quantity 3- and I pressed NO again. They charged me for both add-ons. I called what was listed as their customer care number (it wasnt) and was giving another number to call in case I got disconnected - and when I was transferred - big surprise- I was disconnected. I called the number they gave me. There wasnt an option for customer support. I tried dialing 0 to get an operator and the call dropped. I tried calling back - couldnt get to customer support. I emailed and got pushback from them. Thankfully I had screenshots of my original order - because PayPal wouldnt refund me, because they had my order with all the add-ons, even though I refused them. The package came and it had only 3 charges (thankfully they didnt double my order)- but I had to go back and forth and threaten to go to the authorities for fraud, before they refunded me $101. This AM- I noticed they charged my PayPal $14.95 for a $50 Dot Com Bucks- which I never ordered. So I have to go through the entire process again - trying to get a refund. This company is unethical and using fraudulent tactics. Its disgusting. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!The chargers they sell are decent but over priced ($30 each) - but they WILL add charges you said no to. Stay away. I hope they go out of business.

    I bought a camera that would not work,I called for a refund and was told they would give me a gift card for twice the price I paid I got a email from them saying that I could buy a heater for 60% off.when I went to buy it I was told I could not use the gift card it on a discounted price and I would have to pay the retail price ! What good is a gift card ?

    This company is the biggest scam ever. They will not let me talk to a supervisor and hang up on you. I returned the item in the 30 day allowed and have been trying to talk to someone about this item. They received this item and still no refund. Don't ever buy from this company. It is a rip off and nobody wants to help you. The worst!!!! P.S. They told me the supervisors took the day off and it was a Thursday..What????

    This product is a scam. The App doesnt work, It just takes you in circles and collects your passwords. The Instructions are not possible to complete.Tried to sign up to app with no success.
