    ************* I keep getting charged $14.95 monthly for no reason. There is no one to contact about this. They say go to the company that sells the camera but this company says I have to contact dot.com products ***** to get my money back. They have charged me over $100.00 so far but my bank is now aware of the problem.

    They do not mention that there is a $40.. per month subscription required to operate the camera - thats and additional $480 per year for what amounts to a $1.51 web connection for them. This is a scam.DO NOT FALL FOR THIS ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I really love the security camera, it picks up all movement. I like that I dont have to recharge batteries.

    I ordered nearly $80 in solar light packs, authorizing payment through Paypal. I received an appropriate email invoice/receipt. Paypal payments were made IN FULL to DotCom on 11/30/22. Unauthorized charges to my Paypal account appeared from DotCom for $19.95 on each of December 14 2022 and January 14 2023. When I called (the phone number they use in email is no longer in service, though a new number is provided) I was told that I was being charged for a subscription to discounted rates on new purchases. A refund was promised within 3-5 days. We shall see.

    Although this website states returns are accepted within 30 days, there are some restrictions on that and it's not exactly true so DON'T BE FOOLED! On Dec 10, I ordered 3 light bulb cameras which were intended as a Christmas gift for my husband. I received them on Dec 14. Sadly, my brother passed away during that time frame and the box got overlooked and forgotten about. I found the box yesterday and decided I would return it. I emailed them about how the process works but didn't receive a reply yet so since the 30-day return window was so close I decided to call them today. The person I spoke with said she would offer me 25% off if I want to keep them. I said I'd really rather return them. She said I could return them (I would have to pay the postage which I already knew) BUT there is no guarantee that when they receive the package I would receive a full refund. I let her know that the box had not even been opened and the items were unused and in the exact condition as I received them. She said my reason for return is not valid so she cannot guarantee a refund. Not sure what constitutes a "valid" reason but apparently a death in the family and all the chaos that comes with that, especially during the holidays, is not "valid". Shame on them. She then offered me 40% off which I reluctantly agreed to accept due to the fact that by returning them apparently it's their right to refund nothing. That's not exactly "returns accepted" if you ask me. This company will never get another ***** out of me and all I can say is "buyer beware". Don't fall for their empty promises.

    Ordered 1 outdoor security camera, installed fine, started to down load the app. Needed a credit card, it rejected my card, tried my husband's, rejected also. Bank called said our cards head been hit 3 times totaling about 50 bucks within seconds. Had to cancel cards, called Dot Com Products, they will only refund if defective, said they've heard this conversation many times. Do not use this company!

    Ordered the camera light bulb- I do not have the correct socket anywhere outside for this-Wanted to return..they would discount it and told me it would cost more to return it-will never order from them again-this is not right!

    Ordered 2 light bulb/cameras and found they would not work in our fixtures.Contacted Dot Com Products and got a LOT of pushback on obtaining a refund.Paid $9.95 for shipping when I ordered these -- and wound up spending an addt'l. $14.56 to ship these back.Did not see a credit from them after proof that they did receive them. Contacted our credit card company to dispute their charge(s) and did receive adjustment to our credit card from Capital One.They would have to chase down Dot Com Products to make things right on their end.Long story short ---- was a total waste of over $25.00 postage to receive and then return this junk?
