    I just set up my camera and will be testing it out tonight to see how well it works. I appreciate the customer service rep named ***** called to make sure everything as ok.

    Would rate lower if possible. Ad said $29 for 2 bulbs then in ordering process offered 3 for $29. Only ordered 2 bulb/camera. Shipping protection charge not optional. Added shipping charges also. Received receipt charged $98 for 2 bulbs plus protection plus shipping. Emailed company didpute charge. No response. Called said cost is $49 per bulb. Their response is that I could return when received. DO NOT BUY from this company. Other reviews are also now stating issues with returns

    Horrible experience with this company trying to return items and getting a refund. Although they received the items, I had to pass their protocol for a refund. So, they got their product back and I had to argue for my money back. Rude customer service support no matter how nice I tried to be. They also said I automatically signed up for a membership of $14.99 per month. Good luck yall.

    I ordered a security camera in November. Since it was a Christmas gift, I inquired about a return if it wasn’t needed. It wasn’t so I received an email where to return it. Returned it but never got a response originally. I emailed again and was told they needed proof of the return so I sent that along with the complete tracking number and the person that signed for it. I was told when they got that information, I would receive a refund. Never received my refund. Emailed again and was told the “tech team” needed to check it out to make sure is was not damaged. No response in over a week. Tried to email them again and got message undeliverable. The phone number blocks my call. Do NOT order from these ******!

    I had a bad one. Was told to send it back. Haven't heard from them. Replied to an ongoing email asking the status. That email is nolonger working

    I am a little concerned at moment with other review comments. I hope things turnout okay for me but too early to tell. So far so good but we shall see and I will be happy to review again later once I receive and if I don't get hit with unauthorized calls.

    I wouldn't provide any stars if that was an option. During my search for security cameras, I come across a product offered by dotcom. Just before I decided to order my selected items, I reviewed others evaluation of the company. Not liking what I saw, and the fact that the company did not reveal the cost of shipping with the information I already had entered, including my payment and address, I left the site without completing the order. Three days later, I received notification that they received my order. To that email I replied that there was no order completed and I was not expecting anything, Three days after that they said it had shipped. I called their old number and they told me it was due to be delivered and that I just needed to return it. That very night I had it at *** and paid for signature on receipt. Now *** tells me that due to the busy time of year and their temporary drivers, there probably was no signature sought. All my receipts and confidence in the system (of old) leaves me with no tangible evidence of the return og the $206 return. My bad. Maybe this will help others.
