    Ordered 2 light bulb/cameras and found they would not work in our fixtures.Contacted Dot Com Products and got a LOT of pushback on obtaining a refund.Paid $9.95 for shipping when I ordered these -- and wound up spending an addt'l. $14.56 to ship these back.Did not see a credit from them after proof that they did receive them. Contacted our credit card company to dispute their charge(s) and did receive adjustment to our credit card from Capital One.They would have to chase down Dot Com Products to make things right on their end.Long story short ---- was a total waste of over $25.00 postage to receive and then return this junk?

    Purchased the security light bulb camera. Will not work with 5g wifi. Returned it for refund,been 6 weeks still no refund. This is a scam do not purchase

    Ordered 3 as gifts. Good idea but requires a monthly fee to record. Gifts should not require more money. Hard to figure out how to return for a refund!! 30 day window!!
