    DO NOT ORDER *ROM THESE SCAMMERS. Like other reviewers, I never placed an order! I clicked on an ad to learn more about these bulbs. I was going to order three of them at 50% off for a Black *riday promotion, and I clicked PayPal but never logged in and never finalized the sale. Meanwhile, I came to this site because something seemed off and sure enough, I saw the * rating and decided not to move forward with a purchase. Less than an hour later I got a call from the company about my order! I told them I never ordered anything and he insisted I did. I told him to cancel it then because I never authorized purchase. He said he would transfer me to customer service and then the call dropped! I went to PayPal and **************** to dispute the charge and received the phone number to call to cancel. The number is eight five five, seven three one, four seven five five. I called and the customer service rep said just what others reviewers said...I can KEEP the products I ordered and they would give me a 25% credit to my account. I said NO I have no product I want no product I want a 100% refund. Then she said she would give me a 40% credit to my account and I could keep the product! Oh. My. Gosh. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Do not click on the add. Do not order anything from these unethical thieves.

    I just ordered my first product from Dotcomperks and I gotta say it was a little frustrating, after I placed my order and I kept getting more and more pop-*** to buy more items associated with what I just ordered and got confused. Those pop-*** made me think that the procuct I ordered wasn't complete unless I add these different items to it. I talked to a customer service rep and they straightened it out. I understand they want to make money, but my opinion is that they shouldn't rely on confusing tactics. Their product seemed pretty good as they promoted it.Watch out for those sneaky pop-***!

    Its quite obvious if you dont like your product, they definitely dont want to give you a refund. I would never suggest anyone buying from this company.

    I ordered light socket security cameras on 10-4-2023 the product wasn't to my liking the company was misleading about the product so I returned them on 10-23-2023 the company refuses to give me my money back they continue to give me the run around about my refund they took my money out of my account and it is not even showing up on my bank statement the only prove I have is all my receipts this company is bogus and everybody lies about everything very disgusting and disappointing

    I purchased three lightbulb cameras and discovered they could not pick up my wifi connection. I called the return department, and they agreed to refund my purchase. I paid to ship the products back and provided a *** tracking number. The company informed me they received my returned items and would refund the total. It has been four days, and Dotcom Products has yet to credit the total amount to my account.

    I spent 2 hours trying to get the product to work. Ultimately, it did not work. I paid $10 shipping to get the product and now have to pay again to return the defective product. Not only that, the customer service asked if I wanted to keep the product (which I told them doesn't work) if they were to give me a voucher at dot.com for $115. I told her I will never buy from them again, so then she said do you want to keep the product and we will credit 25% back to your card? That's when I lost it and asked her if she is hearing anything I am saying - the product doesn't work, why would I keep this garbage? Terrible company. Never again, I'll stick to Amazon, thanks.

    I purchased 5 Dot.com security cameras in June 2023./As of today, I have had issues with all 5 cameras (one of them was replaced already via warranty). After just 4 months: 1. The lights on 2 cameras have quit working. 2. The cameras do not stay in the position they are left in. (They are NOT set to track motion). I routinely have to reposition each of the cameras. 3. The cameras do not stay connected to the internet. They all always "check" excellent for network connection. They are all within 20 feet of the internet router. The "refresh button" does nothing to get them back online. I continually have to turn off and restart the power to get the camera back online.4, One camera will not adjust up and down, only side to side. It used to work well.5. Today we have had our first cold temperatures since I purchased them (30 degrees and below) ~ all 5 cameras have quit working . . . gone offline and will not come back on. (Are the cameras not expected to work in cold weather?) As the temperature began to drop, the camera lights started flashing non-stop. Initially, all cameras worked as they should, other than not staying connected to the internet. As time went on, I have had the above listed wide variety of issues, which require constant monitoring. The quality of the video is quite nice, when the cameras work properly.

    Started to place an order to be delivered to address other than billing address. Decided not to place order. Did not enter billing address. Billed anyway. Given choice of gift card or 25% off order. What a scam!
