    I bought a light bulb security camera from this company that is boasted as the #1 pick. It says its free with lots of actions. However, 50% of the actions are not included unless you purchase cloud storage. The dot com products light bulb security camera is NOT what it's advertised as unless you buy a monthly subscription. The company also does not let you leave ratings for the product. It's made in china it's a scam. I do not recommend this product!

    When I placed an order the company added several unauthorized charges. I called to cancel the order and ******* kept trying to get me to keep the order in process and I kept declining. Once I was told the order was canceled I hung up. I immediately received a phone call back from a different rep who kept trying to get me to complete the order. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

    They say you dont need a subscription but then every time you want to look at activity from the camera, a note pops up telling you about your plan options. All recordings are tiny and not really viewable unless you subscribe. Dont waste your money. A ring doorbell with camera is better.
