    I WAS ON YOUR DOT.COM AND WANTED TO BUY THE 3 LIGHT BULB CAMERAS FOR $117. I CLICKED THAT OPTION AND BY THE **** I PAID FOR IT , IT SHOWED I ONLY ORDERED 1 CAMERA. I CALLED YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TWO ORDER TWO MORE SO I COULD HAVE THE 3. NOT ONE, BUT TWO PEOPLE LIED TO ME AND SAID THE **** 60 I PAID AFTER THE FIRST 60 I PAID, SAID I WAS GETTING 3 CAMERAS. ONLY TO TELL THEM ALL THESE INVOICES HAVE THE INCORRECT AMOUNTS OF CAMERAS. I KEPT BEING ASSURED THAT "AFTER THE CALL I WOULD GET A CORRECTED INVOICE SHOWING 2 **** CAMERAS....... BOTH WOMEN LIED AND LIED AGAIN. I CALLED AGAIN TODAY TO SPEAK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AGAIN, AND INDEED I WAS OVER CHARGED AND DUPED AND STILL ONLY HAVE TWO **** CAMERAS COMING. SO THIS WILL BE LEFT ON THE BBB WEBISTE, AND WILL CONTINUE TO BE MY REVIEW EVERYWHERE I CAN LEAVE ONE. SINCERELY, DUPED LIED TO CUSTOMER

    This company is nothing but fraudulent! They promise and assure you that your money will be refunded, however, they only lie and provide excuse after excuse. I have called three times consecutively, one call right after the other. First call, after my complaint, ******* leaves me on hold and doesnt return. Second call, immediately after the first, ends up hanging up on me and the third call tries to assure me that my card will be refunded by the end of the week. Of course no money has been refunded. I certainly wished I would have come here first, to see of all the complaints that others have experienced as well. Nothing but false promises and offers to discount the order.always after they realize youre on to them! STAY away from this company..dont even think about ordering!!!I regret it and if you order, I guarantee you will regret it too!!!!!!!!!

    Have had 5 emails telling me my order has been delayed. Called and got foreign voice and said it was *** end and got a tracking number. Entered that and they havent gotten product yet. Not a reputable company.

    The product - security light bulb sucks! Ordered 2 when they arrived one did not even work. Called and they said they would sen another- 3 weeks still not sent. Now the second bulb has stopped working. Called number on box and 4 times call dropped when they were transferring me to customer service. When I finally got through after 2 hours the lady continued to offer 15, 20 then 40 dollar credit to company. I told her I had lost faith in the company because of faulty merchandise and customer service. I wanted 100% refund. Told me as soon as I sent item back at my cost they would refund. Still waiting for that refund. Do not deal with this company!!!!! There is a reason Better Business Bureau gives then an F and recommends staying away from purchasing from them!!

    No customer support. Mine will not work with a micro sd card but it is supposed to. Would not recommend it.

    Cant contact them saying order delayed credit of $40 to account on next purchase but I cant contact them to access account I have asked for order to be cancelled as they dont say how long it is delayed for.

    this company took my money and did not yet ship my product. my first suspicion was when the charges did not match what they called themselves. I attempted to contact them to ask that they cancel my order. I waited on hold on the phone for over 20 minutes before my battery died. I then waited online for almost half an hour and no one has come to the chat to talk with me. Not once it has a human spoken to me it has been all automated or chat bot.
