      Run from this company!!! Worst experience of my life. Raised the price of our move 2 times and almost 5k more than originally quoted. The never return your calls. We had to leave several items behind in order to stay under the 2nd quote given. Now the mover told us to give them a call a week earlier so we can get our stuff on the date we wanted. Now they are telling us they have up to 21 days once notified to deliver. We close on our house on 8/5/24 and will have nothing to put in it till they decide when to deliver it. This has been a nightmare from the day we gave them the deposit

      They refused to bring me my things, finally arrived 10days later. Everything was destroyed. Boxes upside down, broke up, things smashed, my moms elephant stands all smashed, glass everywhere. They throw your things anywhere, they move your stuff from truck to truck. I was quoted a price then when they got my things they wantwd more money cause i used more ft than expected, they say, & cash only as well. I have somwone elses boxes, i have about 6 or moee things missing and everytime i open another box i find more things broken. They do not care about you or your things. When they finally brought my things they wouldnt pull into driveway and again they wanted more money, then they pulled into the drive. Dropped your things from the truck to the ground, ram the cart into your things, i could go on and on. Its time i get a lawyer. They have broken everything that my mom left me when she passed last mth. Im outraged.

      Do not use this company. They lost my things and damaged items that they did deliver. They do not deliver on time, have very sparse and poor communication l, and simply are not professionals. I literally had to help move my own things. Please avoid this company at all cost, they will absolutely disappoint you and waste your time and money.

      Stefan and his team lost one of my boxes and their company never picked up any of my phone calls nor did they reply to any of my emails. Cita Van lines damaged many of my items that we entrusted them with on our move and they also took over 3 weeks to deliver our stuff with little to no communication. The estimate for delivery was 10 business days and we received our items over 20 business days after the pickup and then upon delivery I had to help the drop off guy move my own items, which is what we paid them to do. I actually had to move my own things because Cita Van lines only sent one guy to move an entire household’s worth of boxes and furniture. Please avoid this company. My entire experience was a nightmare, from extra fees at pickup to losing my box and damaging my family’s things. Find another company, you’ll be glad you did.

      Most of my stuff was damaged. They lost 2 of my boxes with all the pictures of my kids and family and the necklace with my dads ashes in it. They never found my boxes. Told me to file a claim. What price do you put on something like that. Was a very heart breaking and awful experience.

      We even made them take one desk apart after it was moved and assembled , and reassembled. Nothing was scratched or damaged, and they were so helpful. These guys are pros.

      They came ready to roll with all tools and other necessary items for an easy and professional move of heavy items. They were incredibly careful and responsible with the heavy and precious furniture pieces.
