      BIG Scam- Don’t ever use this company. Driver showed up around 4:30pm and walked through the home, and 5 minutes later he said that we had too much stuff and the cost to transport would be double. When I was given a quote, the representative had asked me an inventory list. I went room by room and gave the count of the items in the house. I asked for 50 large boxes, and the representative even said that for a person of 2- 50 large boxes was way more than required. We wanted to be on the safe side, and asked for 50. With 50 boxes, the total count of the items was 87. When we went over the inventory list, there was no mention of cubic feet and the driver when showed up told me that my required cubic feet would be double than what is on the quote and he thought my item count would be 300. I asked how he got the number 300 from. THE CRAZY THING IS that he said we had 1 Queen Bed with mattress- Qty.1, he said the bed is actually 5 items- Headboard, toeboard, side planks, box springs, mattress. How is the customer when given a quote supposed to know actually 1 bed is 5 items? Isn’t it obvious that bed has headboard, toeboards, etc. He said that increased the QTY. Totally scam. He said we had 3 options- either they take just the 9000 cubic feet of stuff, or we pay in double or cancel for no refund of downpayment. The driver called his manager and spoke with me. The most unprofessional person I have ever talked to. He was raising voices, and even told me that I should get Uhaul and do it by myself if I didn’t have extra money to pay them. Also, we hired for a full packing service. The driver when he came- he said we hadn’t packed anything. We told him that we were told that if we paid extra for full packing service- we didn’t have to do anything. Totally UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY! STAY OUT OF IT! YOU would either pay double OR lose your precious money.

      I needed a mover, saw their truck and called. I hired Cita Van Lines for my move, and I was thoroughly impressed with their service. From the moment I called to inquire, their sales agent was friendly and efficient, answering all my questions with ease. The moving team arrived on time and handled my belongings with great care. My family is grateful for the crew and all your help. Thank you, highly recommended!

      I would never ever recommend this company to anyone--I consider them to be scam artists. Every time I spoke with them--the price went up by at least a thousand dollars, despite their acknowledgement that I correctly and completely listed the items they would be picking up. When they arrived, at 3:30 in the afternoon, it took them until 11:30 to get the truck loaded. At which time they told me they couldn't take everything, leaving me the next morning to unload my truck, scramble to find a location to store all the things they couldn't take, load my truck with those items and store them at a cost to myself, and then reload my truck with those things that had previously been loaded in it. In the afternoon, they left a message telling me they "might" be delivering to my destination location 626 miles away the following day, but would call me back to confirm. I left town that evening not having heard from them, and never heard from them that night so didn't know if stuff was arriving the following day. In the morning, they said they were arriving and I scrambled to arrive at a remote location. When I arrived, they held my stuff hostage for payment either by Venmo or cash, neither of which I had and did not know these were the only two ways they would drop my stuff off. As it was 5pm, I could not get a money order or a cashiers check because the banks and Post Office were closed. The nearest Walmart was 100 miles away. I offered both check and credit cards. They declined and their boss was on the phone with me calling me names and threatening to keep all my stuff and to charge me $5000 more because I wouldn't accept delivery on the day they arrived. They even called the cops to file a report. I would have happily accepted delivery, but they declined to accept payment. They did finally come back the next morning, delivered stuff in a hurry and left. They didn't charge $5000, but did charge $500 and the whole thing ended up being more than twice the original quote.

      They were cautious and productive in their job. He made sure everything was loaded and kept us informed the entire time that they were still on track. He also provided me with a tracking ID so I could track my belongings as well. They completed the job in 8 hours and rechecked to ensure we were happy before departing.

      I've moved 500km far away, but never as smoothly as this time. The movers had a head start because they came 20 minutes early, which was fantastic. They covered every piece of furniture and equipment with special care, working in perfect harmony. My fragile collection of wine glasses made it through the trip undamaged.

      NO STARS!! TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! RED FLAG!! RED FLAG!!! DO NOT!! I REPEAT—-DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Overcharged me on pickup. Held me hostage until they go VENMO payment. STILL WAITING TO GET I ITEMS AFTER THREE WEEKS!! IM SO AFRAID OF WHAT I WILL FIND WHEN THEY DELIVER:-( PLEASE DONT USE THEM!

      We are sorry that you feel that way, however we see that you were picked up on November 15th and your items were delivered before the end of November. I am not sure what you have been waiting 3 weeks for. Please contact Customer Service if there is something else that you need assistance with. We require payment at the time of the pickup and at the time of the delivery. Our Foremen do not hold our customer's hostage. It is their job to make sure that payment is made before they leave the property with your belongings.
