One of the best experiences I have had. My vehicle's engine started having issues a year after I purchased it. Because I relocated to a new state for employment, I had to have it towed to a different dealership from the one I had bought it from. The dealership emailed all of the details to the warranty company and copied me on the process. Tru responded quickly, and my vehicle was approved for repairs within 2 hours. I am impressed with how quickly they engaged and got my vehicle back running. Definitely, a great choice if you are considering a warranty from Tru. I think they also go by the name Side Cars.

Honestly the star should be a negative !I took my truck to ***** * ****** to have the high pressure pump replaced after a shop in Phenix told me the fuel system was toast well they put a new pump in and failed to replace the injectors and flush out the system ,they didn't even replace the filters they informed me that the truck was good to go so I took it out hunting and couldn't even get 8 miles to the gallon pulling my 2 seater side by side and my truck is a 2500 with a 6.7 cummins.so when I called truwarranty to let them know about it I was told that I could take it to another shop when I did I was told that everything but the high pressure pump need to be replaced but truwarranty won't pay for the repairs there and I have to take it back to the first shop (Larry h Miller) who did a half a**** job the first time well lhm told me that pretty much if the check engine light isn't on that there isn't anything wrong .nice ! Gotta love these new so called mechanics who spend more time with their face glued to their phones instead of learning how to fix a truck

The customer was informed up front that if the issue with their truck was related to the original repair that was just performed it would need to go back to the facility that we paid to repair it in order for the original repair facility to remedy the issue. This issue was caused by the original repair facility and should have been fixed by the original repair facility.

For one they are not nor do they have any clue about mechanics and the problem was not caused by the repairs from the first place ! The injectors were bad from when the pump went out and the first place told me they were good and true warranty took their word on it and paid them and a couple of days later I noticed that I was using a lot of fuel just driving around so when I called ************************* back they told me they tested them and they were fine so I called truwarranty and they said that I could take it to another shop so I did and they actually tested the injectors and found 3 bad ones so I called lhm back and found out that they have no way of testing them at all and I called truwarranty and they in formed me that I have to take it back to lhm to fix it which like I said before they can't fix something if they can't test it and lhm exact words were no check engine light on then no problem it's just that truwarranty doesn't want to live up to their contract and pay to have my truck fixed which I'm pretty sure it's against the law (breach of contract ) and all this time my truck has been working like junk and coasting me a lot of money in fuel .so what ever they're telling you is probably a lye and I have the documents to prove all of what I've just wrote

If I could give negative stars I would. I bought my car from *** *** *****s (who is now out of business) in 2020 and they recommended the extended warranty for a high mileage vehicle and that when I do oil changes myself to keep all the receipts in which I did. I received one page of my warranty agreement and no policy/stipulations... fast forward to 2022 and my car breaks down on the side of the highway, I had to leave overnight due to safety reasons and when we went back the next morning my car had been broken into and vandalized. EVERYTHING was stolen out of my car including every bit of paperwork in my glove box including my maintenance receipts, in which I have a police report stating all this. So not only do I have to repair my vehicle, I have to fix all the damage. I reach out to truwarranty because I have been paying on a coverage for 3 years, my engine is locked up and I need a whole new motor ($10k + estimate) and they refuse to honor my warranty because they tell me it was my fault because of improper maintenance and I have no receipts to prove anything. They did not care what I had to say, they took nothing into consideration and now I have a hunk of junk that I still owe over $12k for and no money to fix it. I can't file a complaint with *** *** because they are closed . What the heck is the point in buying a warranty when they will not honor it. My money was put in someone's pocket and now I am without a vehicle. Buyer Beware---do not buy an extended warranty with these people!!

******* ***** *** the dealership who sold me a product; EXOBUNDLE from a company Sidecars Inc. as a vehicle protection plan for $1,195.00 Vehicle was purchased on a Saturday, then the following Monday after further consideration I decided I wanted to cancel. I submitted cancelation to SIDECARS INC then a week later I was contacted by Kearn's that the product could not be cancelled, due to the product was applied to the vehicle. No product was ever applied to the vehicle. Nowhere on the vehicle purchase contract shows where any was applied other than the charge of $1,195.00 with a block of "other". This is clearly a scam that ******* ***** *** and Sidecars Inc are pulling on customers. TruWarranty is nowhere on any documentation that was given to me. During the last two conservations I had with ******* ***** ***, the last being 3 December keep on mentioning Sidecar Inc is will not grant a refund. So not sure if TruWarranty is just a store front. Nevertheless whomever Sidecars or TruWarranty did have the professional courtesy to contact me on their product cancelation.

Hello ***, The only reference we have in regard to cancellation from you is we received a call from you on 12-1-22 regarding status of your cancellation. The dealership is responsible for canceling contracts from our company. We sent a message the day we received your call to the dealership asking them to cancel your contracts and to contact you regarding your cancellation. It does appear the contract was canceled by the dealership on 12-1-22.

The ** dealer ***** lied to me saying the warranty company was responsible for refunding me. The truth of this is they never forwarded my request to company for refund as they claimed. *************** was actually responsible to make refund to me which they did after additional phone call. So its true warranty company had no wrong doing it was *************** that dropped the ball. Matter is totally resolved.
