      I am a working mom who recently got a job in ***************** and works in *************. Because of the school schedule, the child is still under the care of his grandparents in *****, and the mother's home-schooling gap is well decorated by the waist tutor. I was recommended this service by the company, and the coordinator connected me with an ESL specialized teacher who can speak a little Korean even though I didn't ask for it. The teacher also operated the schedule very flexibly in consideration of the child's Korean time schedule, and before class, he wrote the entire learning plan and showed it to me. After each class, feedback was continuously requested, and I faithfully responded to my questions or additional requests. The child is having a great time, and in a month there has been a significant improvement in her phonic skills and pronunciation. Now she is eager to read English books by herself.

      We found Varsity Tutors through a homeschooling group on ********* We signed up for our first class and haven't looked back since. They offer so many different types of classes. They have classes for all ages, time zones, abilities and interests. They even offer camps! We truly appreciate such an awesome learning community that makes taking classes fun and exciting. We would definitely recommend to new homeschooling families.

      Varsity Tutors is great! Easy to use service. I appreciate the notes left after each session and being able to watch each session. My son's tutor is amazing!

      We are homeschooling a second and sixth grader and have been using their free introductory programs. Every one has been excellent and we are very pleased with the company. It has been a great addition to our science curriculum.

      My experience is Great. I told them what I needed and they delivered. We meet twice a week and my tutor allows me to take my time and get it.

      (I have evidence of all claims against Varsity Tutors). I'm coming to you as a consumer concerned for other consumers. I work for VT, but not for long as I am an Entrepreneur and seeking clients of my own at this time. Please take this seriously as it is out of grave concern for clients who purchase with **. I do not like seeing honest/hard-working people getting scammed out of $1000's. This is why I am leaving the company. What they require of their employees is for them to con people out of cancelling their accounts so they get locked into the payments. They sent out a mass email to their clients informing that "effective immediately" all membership contracts will automatically renew and funds will be automatically deducted from their accounts. I have had clients directly state they felt manipulated into staying in a membership they repeatedly asked to cancel and get a refund for, but said they felt they were forced to remain in the contract, b/c ** would not let them cancel. And then after the cancellation window expires after 30 days they are locked into payments. The company Sales Manager told me in Sept. that we are only to give refunds if the client threatens to give ** a bad review or threatens a lawsuit. Many of the tutors are hired from overseas and are also scamming clients for money, by trying to hustle them for private sessions on the side for money. This company is not transparent in their business practices, consent and legal forms, or their sales practices. They give false information, telling people they can cancel and refund all of their money at any time and that simply is not true. This company charges credit cards and other payment methods without prior authorization or without providing proper notification to clients that they are charging their card, even when and/or after a client has paused and even cancelled their accounts. The company spams their clients multiple times a day, even if listed as do not call. This company is the worst.

      My child is struggling at school. The classes aren't helpful to someone with ADHD, so I hired Varsity Tutors and my child is loving this. Definitely helpful.
