      This tutoring company should be permanently closed due to quality of services, improper administrative practices, and unprofessionalism to name a few reasons. Both the clients and lower level employees are mismanaged by executive-level administration. A major company-wide layoff occurred on 11/8/22. Any one star reviews are valid for this company. BEWARE

      DO NOT USE VARSITY TUTORS LLC FOR ANY EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT/RESOURCES- THEY ARE SCAMMERS- NO INTEGRITY!!!!! They have introduced a Membership model that ensures families will not receive their money back after 30-days on plan- READ THE ***** OF CLIENT USE AGREEMENT- DON'T SIGN!!!!!!!!!! FIND ANOTHER AGENCY!!!!! I worked for this company and left in 4 months- they don't care about the families nor their staff!!!!!!!!!!

      I am in college and really struggle with chemistry. I work full time so it's hard to find tutors that want to tutor during weeknights or on the weekends, and also a tutor that isn't trying to learn as they teach you. I have been using Varsity tutoring since the beginning of this fall semester and it has helped immensely. Having a one on one tutor who knows the subject well and it is recorded for me to watch later. There customer service line is always quick with placing you with a tutor based on your needs. If that tutor isn't the best fit for you, no worries. Just either call a customer service rep or request a new tutor through your portal. Everyone has been so nice including the tutors that I have/had which makes it so much easier to love this program!

      My daughter absolutely loves her tutor, they literally made me and my husband at ease in getting us the right tutor for a our daughter who suffers with ADHD. My daughter always asks if she is going to tutoring everyday, even if this virtual tutoring she still finds fulfillment. We were worried she was not going to be fully engaged since it was virtual, but she is totally engaged from start to finish.

      I love our tutor for Algebra 1- he is an Ivy League student and got 5 on the ap calculus exam so I couldnt ask for better

      Since I started my son, *******, with this tutoring program, I have noticed an improvement in his reading. His tutor, ********, is amazing. I highly recommend them.

      This is a great program. My daughter was behind 2 grades and in just a few short months she has already moved up and is only 1.5 grades behind. They are wonder tutors and the office staff is the best so nice and courteous.

      My child needed tutoring for a college accounting class and it was impossible to find one locally. Varsity Tutors called me back when I called them and walked me through all the options. The tutor who works virtually with my son seems quite good and my son enjoys working with him. Wish the tutoring service had a pricing option more suited to college semesters though I am ending up paying for more than I needed.
