      I take Spanish lessons for my work. I was thoroughly enquired about my purpose , and I was assigned with my tutor fulfilling all my need to learn my lessons well . There is also regular follow *** on my classes and am very much happy with my tutor, She was assigned according to my preference and she is very patient with me . Overall a ********************.

      BUYER BEWARE - they will sell you the largest package possible BUT fail to mention the hours expire in 12 months (it's in the fine print somewhere). I purchased based on having 2 kids in high school for the next 4 years. I was checking my balance for the upcoming year and it said ZERO hours left. I reached out to the local office and got an email back letting me know I would NOT get a refund and that they took my $680 because my hours expired. Had the salesman mentioned that hours expire after 12 months I wouldn't have purchased such a large package knowing I'd lose money on the deal (hope he enjoyed his fraudulent commission check). I reached out to corporate and it was crickets.The tutors are hit or miss and they absolutely DO NOT match you up as they stated during the sales process. We went through 4 tutors before we found one that was a decent match (2 were horrible and shouldn't be tutors). I would stay clear of these guys and find a local private tutor with pay as you go options.

      I had originally agreed on a one-month membership plan and I was told the next billing date would be in a month, but I stated that I wouldnt continue after said month. I authorized the first charge of $329 dollars as agreed for a month, and after countless times of calling and messaging their line, my request to cancel was deviated as they continuously set forward their sales pitches, completely ignoring my request. By the end of the month, Varsity Tutors finally answered my calls and a consultant helped me cancel my one month membership, but the very next day, a charge of $658 dollars appeared on my card, which is about two months worth of tutoring, when I my had one. They refused to refund my money stating that I had gone 8 hours over my agreed time, but I had only assisted the tutoring sessions in the range of my membership. Varsity tutors is a SCAM.

      My 5-year old was struggling with letter sounds and letter names. He was in jeopardy of not passing to the 1st grade. I decided to sign up for Varsity Tutors. The application process was very easy. They matched him with the *************. The tutor is also a kindergarten teacher so she could really relate to my son's needs. She makes the tutoring sessions fun while still getting his ****** plan completed. My son actually looks forward to the sessions, which is rare for him because he doesn't enjoy school very much. He's learned so much. The additional help he's gained from Varsity Tutors has allowed him to pass to 1st grade and feel more comfortable with letter sounds and names. THANK YOU Varsity Tutors!

      What an amazing experience for my family. The initial tutor matches for my son and daughter were perfect for them. Both have been progressing at an excellerated rate. They are pleased and so am I as a parent. Varsity Tutors is a solid investment for any learners future!!!

      Absolutely wonderful! Varsity tutors are giving my two teenagers the direct learning that they don't get through standard online classes, and are helping them get caught up after Covid.
