      My tutor was wonderful, but this isn't an experience I would ever repeat. Because of circumstances, I had to reschedule one of my sessions so that I could (hopefully) avoid spending money unnecessarily. The rescheduled date happened to line up after the initial pay renewal period, so they expired my session without notice and charged me for an extra session. At a later date, I had to change the date of my sessions because they lined up inefficiently for my exams. Once again, I was charged for an extra session. Initially, I informed my education consultant that I only needed 10 sessions because I was taking two 5-week sessions. At this point in time, I've been charged for 14. I explained to customer service that I only needed 10 sessions and would like a refund before I was informed that her only options were to pause my membership, offer a free month (that I won't have time to use in the Fall), or consult the payment department because they "don't offer refunds or payment for single sessions". There are also no options to cancel on the website, to remove your card information, and their signing contracts are quite predatory with a lot of essential details hidden in the long documents. Being charged an extra $553.50 when you were promised $369 is rather excessive. Please save your money and get a tutor elsewhere.

      My son gets pure enjoyment from the classes offered by Varsity Tutors. The tutors are just amazing and very patient.

      Don't do! They will charge you for things you didn't request. And they won't resolve it! Please find another company!

      Easy to navigate. *** is awesome and responds quickly. She gives great feedback and quickly recognized my child's needs.

      Waste of time and money. They are scammers. They schedule extra hours without confirmation to charge you extra. Even if you try to cancel they don't cancel or they assign another day to charge you more. I called them and emailed them but they had lame excuses and at the end they said they will cancel but they haven't cancel and they still try to charge me more. At the beginning they told me that they have satisfaction guaranteed. I told them that I wasn't satisfied with the training and I didn't want to continue and I asked to return my money but now I can't even reach them.Trainers are not knowledgable. I attended intermediate Spanish classes and they were trying to teach me greeting such as hello how are you. Very basic. I was expecting to learn something but even the native Spanish speaking teacher couldn't manage to teach a single thing that I didn't know. Another one was showing me videos from ******* which I could watch my own

      I love Varsity Tutor. I have a tutor for ******** Sign Language. She is amazing. Private sessions are the best because she is flexible and can go at my pace, which is great when you are learning a new language.
