      Great customer experience! They are very clear and open with all their rules and requirements. Nothing hidden. They help you navigate every essence of your plan from beginning to end. No complaints!

      Been using Varsity Tutors since I started homeschooling my son. I can't be more grateful for the assistance and confidence they bring me to provide the best possible education for my son. **** his tutor is a great communicator and always willing to adjust his schedule if needed. A pleasure to work with.

      I am so happy I signed up with Varsity Tutors! I needed to learn sign language for my job with deaf/blind students. My tutor has been fabulous. She is very kind, skilled and fun to work with. The team worked hard to set me up with a suitable tutor for me and my needs and schedule. It is so convenient the online sessions and easy to log on etc. I like the fact that I can rewatch the video lessons to review my work. I have learned so much and feel quite confident to use what I have learned with my kiddos.

      Bad experience with no refund on over $2000 of unused hours and services. They continued to auto-deduct monthly payments well after the initial month's scheduled hours were used with no reimbursement. The marketer who sold the initial package of 8 hours for the month did not specify that this would be a recurring deduction. Only that if more hours were needed, they could be "bought". Once the monthly deductions were noticed, **************** was poor with no form of escalation and no returned phone calls from Management after several requests. Varsity Tutor's poor business ethic is appalling. I would not recommend this company at all due to their obvious focus on collecting money for services not provided. They are definitely not looking out for the best interests of the children they are tutoring or they customers.

      Do not waste your valuable time and money! I paid $1000+ for 8 sessions and was stood up twice, went through three tutors and had to provide them with the curriculum! I requested a refund and said I could not have one! They tried to provide me with another tutor but Im done with this place!

      Since the beginning the staff attention has been amazing, even to be a on-line communication.My Tutor is very professional, always encouraging me to approach my goals of learning fast as I required to, for my PR. At the end of my sessions I always get a lot of material to continue practicing on my free time. One thing that I really appreciate from my Tutor and the staff is the availability that they have to adapt their time to my needs.
