      Im very satisfied with Mohela. I contacted them 4 weeks ago about having my loans consolidated and they helped me pay them in FULL. Thank you **** ****** and your team for the excellent work.Thank You so much ??***** *******

      I have been trying to pay for over 6 months. And no one can help me. This is a cooked company trying to make people's lives harder at every turn. Do better government.

      All the people I've talked to have been very nice, however, if you overpay your loans, don't expect a refund anytime soon. They say they should be processed within 90 BUSINESS days, which is 4 months. I've been through TWO 90-day processing periods, and they are now essentially just telling me that I'll get my refund when I get it - they could NOT give me a timeline for my refund. It's almost been a year now since I first became aware that I was due a refund and this is absolutely ridiculous.

      Rigid and unnecessarily difficult. I wanted to smoothly transition into government housing for the elderly and disabled. Requested a temporary pause in payments: Denied.

      MOHELA has been arbitrarily increasing my payments month to month since April of this year with no insights as to why. I spent 3.5 hours on the phone with them - an hour of which was with an associate. One said if my payment was going to go up itd be once per year not monthly. No insights as to why this was changing by no action on my part. Ive made my payments every month. Even paid off two of my loans while I was still in school. I thought the change in our presidency caused some limbo but its still changing. 112 to 118 and now nearly 150 from April to now. I can't keep redoing my budget every month.Ive sent emails with no clarification or resolution.

      I have a refund I am to receive and I contacted them via telephone. I was able to speak to someone, however they weren't able to give me any information about the timeline for my refund, so they sent me to Tier 2. The recording stated it would be a 90 minute wait time. I sat on the phone for over 2 and 1/2 hours and still no one picked up the phone. I hung up. The next day, I sent a detailed email asking for a response regarding my refund and after 3 days, not a peep. I sent one final email asking for them to respond back regarding my refund and it has been over 2 days, and nothing. No response, no call back, nothing. Funny when they want their payment they are quick to blow your phone up or charge extra or threats but when they owe you money, you cannot even get a response-phone call or email. Absolutely joke of a student loan provider.

      A payment was made and the full amount was not applied accurately. The account showed a disbursement was not made yet the system showed the amount being owed. There was no outbound communication from the company to indicate that there was a process required by the borrower to get this corrected. After being on the phone for 1.5 hours told to upload a document, call back to confirm receipt of document and talk to advanced specialist to have the funds properly allocated. Two separate emails were sent via online and I was told that emails are not processed and to not expect a reply. This is horrible customer service. It seems illegal that they can show a disbursement was cancelled online yet take the money, sit on the money with no communication to the customer and no reallocation to other active loans that are accruing interest.

      I have questions concerning my Student Loans and have tried numerous times to speak to a live customer service representative. Their phone options menu only repeats recorded information. Ive tried all options that might pertain to my situation without being able to get my questions answered. There is not a phone menu option to even speak to a live customer service representative. ********************** is the worst service provider. I am seeking assistance and dont know where to get it. I had no issues before Mohela took over as my student loan provider. Something must be done! Mohela needs to be held accountable for their apparent lack of regard for those they were charged with serving. Please Help!!
