    ****** K, was absolutely wonderful. He was polite, understanding, and professional. ****** went above and beyond to try and solve every issue I had. Sometimes as a customer Service Representative you can only do so much, and he reach for the limit. I'm not completely satisfied with the Service location for for contract, but I have received "EXCEPTIONAL" service from ******.

She was pleasant, patient, polite and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions; I had a lot of questions.     I received a mailer today allegedly from the dealer I purchased my new vehicle from. It was even signed by the dealership owner. It said my new car warranty was about to expire, (its not, vehicle is a 2024.) It also said I had no extended warranty which is a lie because I purchased an ext. warranty from the dealer. So I called the number in the mailer and found out it is not from my dealer. Just another company selling warranties. Its hard for me to trust a company that pretends to be a legitimate vehicle dealership. Seems very shady to me.
