She proved to be a great customer service person. She was very pleasant and professional. She was well informed, well prepared, and explained everything to me efficiently and effectively.     I had lengthy conversation with Ms. ****** regarding what I thought may have been fraudulent charges regarding a contract with the company. She was very patient with me. She took the time to give me the details of a conversation I had with one of the agents and emailed me the contract during conversation. After reviewing the information, it was determined that I did have a contractual agreement with the company. What I liked most is that she was persistent until I was a to recall that initial conversation. I want to apologize if I made anyone previously, uncomfortable.
