1 starLooks like some had good results, I unfortunately did not. Received the text after 18 days that there was no lending partners that could meet my needs and it damaged my credit score by -91 points. So now it will take me even longer before I can even consider refinancing again. I’m very disappointed based off the optimism that was in the letter sounding like it was guaranteeing I would save money. The man I worked with was kind and fast I’m happy with the customer service I’ll just never trust this company or one similar to it again.

2 starsAt first I was very happy everything was fast and easily accomplished. Paperwork and approvals were fast. After everything was signed, which we were quite pressured saying it was because of getting it funded and our refinance through. After we signed I asked when everything would be done I was told 2 or 3 days from our signing and funding. They were great at contacting us and answering calls until that moment. Then all contact stopped nothing happened for a month. I tried contacting AutoApprove repeatedly and no answer I kept checking my old account that was now past due on two payments because it was supposed to have been funded I didn’t want to make a payment until I talked to AutoApprove again but nobody would talk to me. Then exactly one month from signing papers low and behold they need something and are emailing me. I decided to look at what I signed and everything was dated to that 30 days pointand I did not notice nor did they point it out. The payoff quote was an amount also projected of 30 days ahead of when I signed. I was very angry. But what can I do. It hurt my credit which was already in trouble and and they made it worse. It is obvious what they were doing. My account was funded yes, and they sat on the money for a month before paying off my loan and transferring it. Not happy with that. Make sure you look at dates. Otherwise it could have been smooth and a good thing. Also said 3 months payments could be put off. Barely got 2 payments put off.Review fromElango S
