      Perfect experience dealing with everyone I spoke to during this process. It was the easiest thing ever and I’m saving over $100 per month plus a wonderful warranty bumper-to-bumper couldn’t have been easier.

      Jesus sent me to the company. Everything was so easy. The process would have been faster but, the delay from was me. All the representatives were superb. All glory to my Savior Jesus Christ for the refinance!!!

      I like the guy I talked to but it took forever to get done forget the 60 days no payment while waiting I had to make a payment to old account that I've never got back and they said I would now I got a new payment already I probably would not use again

      I received an article in the mail and was apprehensive about calling, but I am glad I did. This company has wonderful employees (Matthew **** & Michelle *****) who are courteous and helpful. The transfer of my loan was a breeze and the percentage was much lower. I was kept informed on every move and all this was started and finished in a timely manner.

      The process was easy and fast. I would recommend for anyone looking who is busy and prefers doing business via text and email, to refinance their auto loan.

      After a 2 week period of time going back and forth I was told that I would get the same rate that I already have which made no sense to refinance at all. This however was even more confusing because even Though I had given every single document needed for the approval the numbers were wrong By $30000. A gentleman who was very patient and a pleasure to work with then told me he has a tool to let me know once they refile it the rate would be the same. Long story short not only did they do a hard credit pole which negatively affected me, 2 weeks of my time has been wasted as well now I'm having to move on to a company that can actually do what is Asked of them which is a lower rate for refinancing which is the whole purpose Of refinancing. Stay away from Auto Approve.

      Very quick service and my rate was lowered to my satisfaction. All representatives were friendly and patient with my questions. Overall, it was a fairly easy process.
