      Auto Approve sent me several letters letting me know that I was pre-approved for auto refinancing, they even gave be a breakdown of my current payment and showed me how much I may be able to save if i took their offer. I finally decided to reached out on December 16 2024 to apply for the auto refinancing loan. I gave them all the information they requested, some of which included my SSN, place of employment, income amount, if am paying rent and the amount, etc. They promised to reach back out to me in 24-72 hours. On December 20 2024, I saw a hard pull on my credit report from CULS/CINCH Finance, After five days had past and no response, I reached out to my loan consultant to see what was happening, the consultant did not answer the call so I left a detailed voice message. I waited another two days and the loan consultant never returned my call. I decided then to call the company main telephone line for which I got an agent, she inform me that indeed the process should have not taken that long and promised to escalate the matter on my behalf. Days after, still no update, I decided to reached back out to my loan consultant on January 6 2025 at 9:40am the call went unanswered so I left another voice message highlighted my concerned, to find out if I was actually being scammed and needing to know what was happening with my application especially seeing that my personal information is out there. Not long after leaving the voice message, I receive a text message from the company stating they were not able to get me approved by any of their lending partners and if I have any questions I should reach out to them. I believe how this situation was handled was very unprofessional and unethical and I hope that no other customer will ever have to experience this ordeal.

      Excellent service. I really appreciated working with Sergio, Kolbe, and Mahlissa. They were all very knowledgeable and patient with me as I’ve never refinanced anything and the verbiage used in finance seems like a different language so it was great having such fantastic people to hold my hand and walk me through the process, judgement-free, even when my toddler was screaming on the other end of the phone. My only critique is the lack of explanation for the cost of their services and pricing of the extended warranties… came as a bit of a shock when I found out and saw my new refinanced loan go up for their services. I think they were worth that amount of money for their service, I just wish I was better informed.
