5 starsThey did a big job for me. After 1 y and 5 months and 3 attempt with diferent banks, I've finally succeeded to refinance my car. Whole process from my application to approve, they needed 2 days! I've applied 12/29/2024, and 12/31/2024. Auto Approve is my the best present for new 2025! 3 starsI took advantage of their offer. Got approved with a lower interest rate and no payment for 3 months. For my situation it helped. It took about 3 weeks total.

1 starLoan consultant did not follow through with sending the information through email that was discussed over the phone. He described different options with lower interest rate and tried hard to get me to move forward with the loan process. I requested all the information he presented me over the phone in writing to review with my spouse. He did not follow through with the request. I emailed him again asking to please send me the information and nothing. I researched this company and checked the BBB prior to submitting my information. I feel by not sending loan information in writing to review, the loan consultant failed to make me feel that this company’s not secure. I sent personal information to see if I qualified and the process after that appears off and not legit.Auto Approve, LLC
