5 starsVery good experience starting with the first phone call, to the sales rep John W, to the financing, and to the installers, Jared and John S. Jared and John S. did an excellent job with a somewhat tricky install. They showed me how to operate and explained everything well.

5 starsGot an installation date right away. The install crew Dan H., John S., and Sam O. were actually called ahead and came early. They installed our two awning in about and hour including a good explanation of awning use, dos and don’ts, along with recommendations on cleaning etc. They were courteous and thorough.

Now let's hope the product lives up to the company documented material. Please provide some color options on the power cord, maybe start with black, brown.Sunesta of the Upper Midwest

5 starsWe like everything about this: the sales rep was great no pressure, walked us through everything, explained well.
The installers, Dan H and John S were great, they really did a wonderful job, show me how to operate and the work was excellent. No fuss and no mess.
I would recommend this organization and product to anyone interested in adding an awning to their home or business.
