Dan H and John S showed up on time and ready to work and completed the installation skillfully and efficiently. They showed us how to operate the awing, including the remote control. They tested and adjusted the awning for wind. They answered all our questions. We will recommend Sunesta of the Upper Midwest to our friends and neighbors. Thanks!

Dan H, and John S. did a wonderful job on our installation of an awning over our back deck. They arrived at the time agreed and completed the work within the time frame given. Just had my Sunesta awning installed. Dan H. and John S. did an outstanding job. While I was busy on another project they completed the install per my instructions. They both had a good sense of humor which made the process enjoyable. There was a small scratch that I would never have noticed, yet they agreed to come back with a new part and replace it. A couple of years ago, we had a Sunesta awning installed on our seasonal park model trailer. Today we had a Sunesta awning installed at our townhouse. Our sales representative for both awnings was Mike Miller - great guy! Today’s installers were John S. and Chris C. They arrived on schedule, were extremely pleasant, and we couldn’t be happier with the end result! Our patio has a western exposure and now we can fully enjoy spending time on it. Extremely happy with my new Senesta Awning. The professional installers (Chris and Dan H.) did an outstanding job - both in the installation and instructions for use. Due to rain, I had to wait a couple of days for installation of the awning from Sunesta of the Upper Midwest. That day it was raining in the morning and the installers (Chris and Dan H) arrived after the rain. The installation only took about 1 1/2 hours and they were excellent. They requested my suggestions and followed them exactly and then explained how to use the remote. As soon as they were done, it started raining again....perfect time to check out the awning
