Our sales consultant, John, and our installers, Chris and Jared, took the time to explain the product , process, operation and services, and answer all our questions. 5 starsI had an awning installed by Dan H. and Jared on 8/15/25. I was very impressed with the way this was done. They arrived on time as scheduled and very expertly installed my awning. I also appreciated the thoroughness of explanations of how everything works and they answered any questions I had.
I was also impressed with the sales person (Mike M) who initially provided information and $$ quotation in response to my inquiry in the beginning. Very thorough and helpful!!
I'm looking forward to enjoying my awning for years to come.
